Lovely food and lovely staff. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Meal just warm nobody asked if meal was ok chicken over cooked

Usually this restaurant is grrrreat except for the over vigorous air conditioning which feels like a blast from the Arctic. This makes it uncomfortable and the food goes cold very quickly. A big negative. Today the inside of the restaurant was almost empty, most patrons where on the terrace. We had booked and asked for a draught free table this was obviously ignored. The food we ordered took a little time to arrive. we were warned about this. But the, food as ever. was very good. This soon became cold because of the AC (mentioned above). After we had finished we waited a some considerable time for someone to clear the dishes and ask if we wanted anything else. In the end we paid an left. We had our dessert and coffee elsewhere. This is not the usual standard.

Tasty food, reasonable price and excellent service. We will go again.

As usual our meal today at Cote was delicious. Staff are always very welcoming and go out of their way to be helpful and courteous. A meal at Cote is always something to look forward to. Look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

NO COTE DE BOEUF !!!! We went just for the cote de boeuf. An experience in itself, we were very disappointed to find they did not have any. We thought that was bad for a restaurant on a Friday (bank holiday weekend) in Liverpool in the town centre and at 12noon(we were first in for lunch)

Every visit is special at Cote. Staff, food and ambiance are excellent.

We are already fans of Cote but had a fantastic time in 22 August. The food, drinks and service were all excellent. A special mention for our great waiter.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, decent set menu. Ruined only by the 12.5% gratuity added to bill, which stated “optional” but was already on the bill meaning you have to actively refuse it. Very embarrassing and ruined an otherwise lovely meal. I would always leave a tip but would prefer to be on my own terms!

Only just managed to get a table last Friday. Advise strongly that a booking is necessary, certainly Fridays and Saturdays. Always see people unfortunately being unable to be catered for.

Excellent as usual - fine food served by a superbly trained and friendly staff team. Eating at this Cote is pure pleasure, both compared with other restaurants in Liverpool and other branches of the same company in other towns.

As always a lovely meal and great service!! .....we dined with family from both Australia and Germany and they all commented what a wonderful restaurant! Thank you and see you again very soon!

The food from prestige menu was delicious. I had parma ham & melon to start, which was great , followed by sea trout, which was to die for. It was also lovely to receive the free drink of the month, which was delicious. Thank you.

lovely atmosphere excellent service great food, but I had the Fish pie and found quite a few bones in there which put me off. Really enjoyed the melon with ham & my friends enjoyed their pork I would return but just not have fish... Sharon Hennessy (Booked under Mark Riding)

Great service, nice surroundings, good food except for my wife's main course (lamb rump) which I thought was rather fatty. (She didn't think so).

First time there and weren't disappointed, server was attentive, drinks arrived quickly, wine was cold and delicious. Food was perfect and didn't have to wait very long ng at all. Will be returning soon. Server:Michael 10/10

Another lovely evening here at Cote Liverpool. The staff are friendly & courteous . Food is tasty and very well presented. Very busy on a saturday night so need to book ahead. Highly recommend. ( A little tip, if you like a bright table ie near a window request a table near the front of the restaurant) . Enjoy.

The service was extremely poor. The waitress agreed with me when I paid the bill, and said they were very short staffed. I think they take in more bookings than they can cope with

The food was great and so were the staff who were friendly an helpful. It is becoming a regular place to eat, relax and enjoy.

Great food and staff- just a shame about the automatic gratuities scam on the bill, which we rejected; we prefer to tip people rather than companies.

Couple of things on set menu unavailable food we did eventually get was lovely.

Really enjoyed our meal, but we were overcharged. The waiter did not bill us for the set menu and we didn’t notice the additional charges until home. My fault fir not carefully checking the bill, but the waiter should know better!
