I know it’s build up to Xmas but what happened to the leisurely lunch..food not up to usual standard might be losing a loyal customer.

Nice staff, good menus and choice. Food fresh & hot. Lighting a bit too low and music invasive. Space also limited.

Having enjoyed regular dinners and occasional late lunches at this excellent venue, I thought I would try their extensive breakfast menu for the first time and was certainly not disappointed. Great food and drink and usual friendly and efficient service. I will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed breakfast here, I opted for the french toast whilst my husband had the french breakfast. Food was hot and tasty with good service. One of the best places in Liverpool

We thought the meal and experience was good but we were told that there was no fennel for my chicken dish and were asked what we would like instead. We chose green beans but were brought frites instead. We did not make a fuss but were disappointed

Yes enjoyed our meal, just a little disappointed you only serve aperitif with a la carte menu!! We visit quite regularly ,we are pensioners & don’t have big appetites. Would probably spend more if you included the offer with all meals

I had a lovely pre Theatre dinner here tonight. My daughter and I each chose 3 courses and at £18.95 for the set menu it was excellent value. My pork loin main was tender and tasty as was the chicken my daughter ordered. All portions were ample. The service was very good all staff were attentive, polite and pleasant. I have eaten here many times and plan to keep coming.

The restaurant became very busy, so the atmosphere was buzzing. Our waiter William was quite amazing in the way he juggled everything , while making sure every single customer felt looked after. I thought he was brilliant. We had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed our meals.Can’t wait to come back.

We always come to Côte for our every other month lunch. The service is impeccable, friendly but professional, the food is just wonderful, the location is good for public transport (bus terminal). The restaurant was very busy and noisier than usual but that was rather nice, as “it’s starting to feel like Christmas”.

Attentive but not intrusive staff, nothing was to much trouble, loved the free glass of prosecco on arrival to acknowledge my birthday 😊

Sadly the starter with camembert hardly had any and I had to complain. We wanted creme caramel for sweet but there was none. Service good though

We were celebrating a birthday and an anniversary and we chose the Cote because we had such a lovely meal there the last time we were in Liverpool, about 18 months ago. This turned out to be wise choice for our celebrations today. We had a truly wonderful evening and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The staff were welcoming,friendly and efficient without being intrusive. The food was marvellous, bursting with flavour, well cooked and beautifully presented. We were delighted with our table which was exactly what we had asked for when booking. It was a most enjoyable and memorable evening and we are very grateful to the staff for making it happen for us, it certainly made our day. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Cote in Liverpool.

Amazing value for money, lovely restaurant and fabulous staff. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. We had 2 small children in our party of 8 and restaurant staff were more than accommodating regarding this - providing activity packs and being very attentive to them throughout.

We have been to many cotes in London and this was our 3rd visit to the Liverpool branch. It was lovely. Staff were attentive and the food was good. Lots of choice. Will definitely go back

I came with my 70 year old mother last saturday.we always come to eat with you and always enjoy your food and the evening.the starter came quick and was lovely but then 40 minuites had passed and we still didnt have our main meal.i asked one of the waiters and he went to find out what was happening.he came back and said our order hadnt gone through to the kitchen.you apologized and gave us a free drink.the meal came and was lovely.we got the bill and it came to £71 my mum paid but when she has checked with her bank £120 has been charged to cote bistro.i dont know how this has happened but as we cant prove it because we didnt bring the original bill home with us my mum is now out of pocket.i hope we werent charged for someone else's meal instead of ours.

We ordered bread and olives as a pre meal starter but the main starters arrived first. Rather disappointing but the meal experience was very good, hence the lack of the final star. Don't worry, we will be back. Paul and Ann.

Still the best place to eat in Liverpool City Centre.The quality of the food never changes and the variations of the menus on a monthly basis ensures you'll never get bored!

I love Cote Brasserie in Liverpool - the food is great and staff are amazing. Made an extra special effort for my mum's birthday which wasn't expected but was greatly appreciated. Amazing all round Xxx

Lovely food and really nice service from a lovely lady. The main course was fab but the chocolate mousse and ice cream and chocolate sauce was just the best.

My food was cold then I sent it back. others were dry tasteless. I have been to other Cotes and felt the food was a lot better at them.

Excellent service. Good ambience. Starter and pudding super but casserole not up to your usual standards, beans undercooked and legs on top really chewy, sorry I chose it. Other 3 in the party had no worries.
