We liked the restaurant and the service was good but we were disappointed with our meal. The haddock meal was very salty and there was very little fish.

Enjoyed breakfast with 2 for 1 offer. Great food and service - a cosy place to start the day on a wet morning in Liverpool city centre.

Great food, great service, good price.what more could you want? Oh! Great atmosphere. Will always have Cote high on my list of places to choose when looking for a relaxed dining experience.

The food was lovely. I particularly liked the fish stew. ( It was to die for.) Our servers were really friendly & helpful. They couldn't do enough for us & the kir royales were delicious.

Polite staff, great food, service was fast and did not feel hurried. My preferred restaurant when shopping in liverpool. Noticed Jamie Oliver's very quiet next door when Cote was very busy.😉

service excellent as always however the options on the lunch menu were not to my taste, the sauce on the starter was a little runny and the main was extremely salty. on my previous visit the food was delicious.

The food was lovely but service was awful, I waited 20 minutes for my dinner plates to be removed, then a further 15 minutes for the dessert menu! Then another 15 minutes for someone to take my order, and a further 20 minutes for my dessert to be served and my coffee to arrive! To then be told then they needed to move us to a different table as they needed the table and we had 15 mins to move tables! I informed the waitress that we had only been served out desserts and coffee a few minutes before she came over! I thought this was a terrible way to treat a customer, especially when I was out for a mother’s day meal!!

Went for the pre theatre menu, food was first class, lovely waiter who looked after us really well. Well run staff. Will definitely go again.

We knew it would be busy as it was Mother's day. However had to wait too long for booked table in cold doorway. No offer of drink. Others with table booked at same time had to wait even longer. Food ok but nothing like last time we were there. Object to service charge in circumstances and didn't pay it. Only shining light was the lovely Spanish waiter who brought our drinks and made us feel welcome.

We are regulars at Cote, Exeter and were pleased to find the Liverpool One branch is just as good. The food, drink, service and surroundings are fine, and the whole thing is excellent value for money.

It was my birthday. We were given complimentary kir royal. It was cold and delicious. Meal lovely so tasty and staff great. We love Cote!

Good service , friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of food from extensive menu suiting a variety of tastes and a good selection wine and drinks. Relaxing atmosphere.

Four of us had a late Saturday lunch . Staff were very friendly and helpful with aged relatives and as usual the food and service was very good.

By far the worse Cote I have ever been too. Lots of things on menu were unavailable. Children’s food arrived before ours so they had finished before we had even started. My dish came with mash when it was supposed to come with Gratin, I wasn’t forewarned of the change as would of ordered a different dish. In fairness they discounted our bill when we complained however it was poor compared to the ones in Manchester, Chester and Leamington Spa we have visited that have all been fab.

Great “prestige” three course offer, even on a Friday night! Wine choice was really varied and good. Staff friendly if a little rushed and nervous.

booked for anniversary. march menu .They now have a choice of two 2/3 coarse menus.plus a la carte.New prestige menu has a good choice I chose roasted belly pork which was delicious and my wife chose haddock parmentier (this was from normal 2/3 coarse menu). Both were tasty and filling . Would recommend Cote standard always good. ken wallasey

We had asked for a window seat and I know they can't guarantee that but they had obviously made no attempt to enable this. Most other places try to honour your wishes. Food generally good. But steak very poor

Tried the new dearer set menu being tried out in Liverpool and can give it the thumbs up! The duck was very tasty, service good too.

Really tasty food, beautifully presented. A little too much emphasis on the complimentary filtered water: why not just place it on the table? Reasonable wine. Service very good.

Quality of the food was exceptional. Very good value for money. Great buzz about the place really busy. Staff great. Well done the chef. Will be back shortly.

The service today was slower than normal. Although the waitress was attentive and pleasant. Food was enjoyable especially the mussels starter and creme caramel. Complimentary Kir Royal was much welcome for a girls' get together.

Excellent service, friendly atmosphere, good quality meals served with a smile. Enjoyed the complimentary kit royals as my birthday treat! Will definitely be returning soon.

Pleasantly styled restaurant. Wide menu with plenty of tempting traditional options. Tartare was okay, confit with a side of potato gratin good and the crème brûlée just right.

Breakfast and the staff were very good as usual and we will return at some point, this visit was at the request of my daughter to start her birthday off which it did with a pre breakfast mimosa

Had a fa Lou’s meal. Great service and atmosphere. Love the new menu. Went with friends who had never been before and they loved it. Said it was great value.

So cosy with good food and friendly service - better than Manchester! The prestige menu offered excellent value for money - nothing compromised! We will he back!

Nice lunch at Cote today with six of my friends. The two course lunch menu is good value for money. Very pleasant and friendly service, we will return.

We could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The set 3 course lunch was excellent value, the service friendly and the whole experience a pleasure. Cote Gets our vote!

I took my family for a meal here the day after my wedding and it a good choice. The wine was excellent and the food varied and tasty. Some of us ordered from the special menu which was good value. I'd definitely go back and try more of the menu.

We had a lovely evening at Cotes, we had the set menu where there was a wide choice of both starters and main courses. and the girl who was looking after our table, Carolina was excellent, very attentive and helpful.

Me and my other half went for dinner at 8 on the Saturday of valentine's. The service was slow in places, but the food was to a high standard and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go again.

The Core chain of restaurants are definitely a “cut above the others”. The moment you arrive there is a warm welcome, friendly service and above all the food is excellent. The menu is varied and dishes I would imagine, to suit anyone. We have dined in Chester, Windsor and today in Liverpool - everyone of them special.

As usual, food was tasty and service was good. My ribeye steak was cooked as requested. Restaurant lighting was too dim for my liking and the tables are too close together here. Also ,they need to improve the portion size of the french fries. I had to request extra as there were so few...this is disappointing given that they are the cheapest part of the meal.

Another good meal at Cote. The food is consistently good. The service was a little slow and we had to ask for the wine list and more drinks a couple of times but it was probably because they were very busy due to Valentines Day. All in all very good.

Although I booked the wrong time they were able to get us a table straight away, staff member very attentive and food was great! Definitely be back again.

Lovely restaurant in the centre of Liverpool. Côte never disappoints food wise with many menus to choose from and a great selection of gluten free dishes.

The food at cotes is very good and the staff are always helpful. Our waitress Natalie was professional and caring.we will be back in the near future.

Having dined at Cote numerous times, it’s was disappointing that this time the service was a not the usual standard. Slow to receive food, extremely slow for dessert and most disappointing was a very over the top local waiter talking to you as though you were his long lost neighbour and then disagreed with the manageress all over the top or withinclose proximity to our table. Really was not professional and disrespectful to customers. I can only say food was super good standard and manageress deducted the desserts from bill before we could mention it. I will go to Cote again bit not at Liverpool.
