Staff welcoming,. Showed us to a booth. First visit for other members of the family, loved it just as much as us. Very attentive server but not overly so. Wasn't rushed from the table. This is always our "Go to" restaurant.

We once again had a lovely evening at your restaurant. Food was really nice & service from staff as always exemplary. Our young waiter, sorry didn’t, get his name was attentive without being pushy which we really appreciate. We will definitely be back & we tell our friends & family to give you a visit. Been at Cote on three separate occasions recently and have always found the experience exceptional with regard to food quality, value and service.

Steak fritz was tough in parts but was tasty. Whitebait was lovely but the portion has shrunk over time.

Absolutely superb! Fabulous menu, ambience and service. Cote is certainly one of the best restaurants in Liverpool. The wine list is excellent, too, but nothing (food or drink) is over-priced. If you’re looking for a classy, relaxed dining experience, this will provide it all.

Overall a great service, friendly staff, excellent food and wine. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. Food and wine very good as usual. Will be back soon!

Excellent all round food service and the prompt table reservation

Another enjoyable lunch / afternoon at Cote, staff always so pleasant and attentive. Our ‘ go to’ place for our monthly catch up as always dependable.

We have eaten in Cote in Edinburgh so thats why we chose the Liverpool restaurant. We did ask the waitress how to pronounce Cote and she hadn't a clue. We asked her what Cote meant in French and she asked other waitresses and nobody knew.

We love this restaurant. Rib eye was excellent. Staff and atmosphere are great.

When we come into Liverpool we usually book in at Cote. Why? Because we know its always good food, excellent service and even in a wet afternoon has a great atmosphere.

Very relaxing enjoyable lunch in pleasant atmosphere with excellent staff.

First table we sat at was near to entrance which was freezing cold each time front door was opened. We were offered an alternative which was unfortunately right at the back facing fire exit and staff station. No great atmosphere there and had to wave for the attention of the staff.

Lovely Bistro with fantastic service from a very friendly and very efficient front of house staff. Both starter (French onion soup) and main (Breton chicken) were perfect, we dine here as often as we can.

The service amazing! It was my aunties 60th and the waiter saw her badge and brought her prosecco on the house which was such a lovely touch! My cousin was gluten free and they were so attentive and lovely about it, even bringing her own butter and gluten free bread without us asking. We would recommend, Michelin star service x

Lovely food and excellent customer service. Brendan our server concocted his own cocktail which was amazing, so much so we has two!! Staff were so helpful and friendly without being in your face. Will definitely be back.

Service was too fast for us. We wanted a slower pace but it did not happen.

Hi Sadly the service was really poor until Will arrived for the last half hour of our visit and then it improved. It took a long time for a drinks order to be taken. We ordered garlic bread and olives which was delivered but no plates. The starters were fine except we were. Missing cutlery. Then when we were receiving main courses the waitress miscounted the number of forks needed to knives ....there were only five of us!!! The side order of green beans were mixed between shades of green to grey and really shouldn’t have been served. The two steaks were medium and medium rare. The medium was well done and the MR properly rare. My Son felt his was left on too long and then my Daughters was thrown on to the grill very late and I tend to agree. Apart from Will’s arrival at the last half hour the service was not worth the service charge at all. We also regularly attend Cote in Cirencester which is a totally different and most definitely more positive experience. Sorry to be negative but at a £250 spend it really didn’t feel value for money in comparison with other branches

Having been to several branches throughout the country, l can say Liverpool branch is as good as the rest.

Brilliant service excellent food, booked short notice and extremely happy.

Good food, excellent service only spoilt by a very noisy table next to us. Won’t put us off going again just wish some other diners would appreciate that there are other people in the restaurant who don’t want to know everything they are doing, get a life!!

Food was not as good as normal but staff were very helpful and my meal was replaced. I love this restaurant and visit frequently I was pleased with the service

Great To the chef/ quality assurer who sat behind us at this restaurant. We’ve been to at least 10 restaurants and this was the best food and service we have had.

We were there as last time the service was bad. So i emailed and complained. Well i was offered a complementary bottle of wine. So we went last night and i showed the manager my email. Well we got an expensive bottle of sparkling wine and a free taster of 2 cocktails and the server new what happened last time.So he went out of his way to exceed our expectations and this he really did. The food as always was lovely. I came home feeling like My hubbie and i had a really good night out. And as were 38 years married why shouldnt we.

The food and staff are always top quality, we are never disappointed.

As always, they provided us with excellent food and a great service.
