Lovely food and set menu has a good choice and is good value . Service charge is a bit steep at 12.5% and was automatically added to bill . Would have preferred to be asked .

Nice to have a restaurant with proper napkins and also paper towels in the ladies. Not all the food was up to the usual standard but the issue was dealt with extremely well.

Lovely meal again - excellent calamari! Took a friend for the first time and she loved it too.

We had lunch on Saturday, had the 2 course set menu, food is lovely and great value for money. One of our party is a gluten free and there was plenty of choice. Would recommend to others.

Excellent breakfast. Formule is such good value. Perfect service. Felt like being in a French Bistro. We will definitely go back for lunch or dinner.

Excellent food and lovely waiter, but the food was slow in coming. Thought I had allowed plenty of time to have my pre-theatre meal, but ended up having to wolf down the food.

Excellent evening with friends at Cote Brasserie Leeds. Food and service both spot on, and we all agreed the timing of the courses was just right.

We were very well looked after for our lunch by a very helpful and charming waiter. It proved an ideal venue for reunion of old friends.

The food was excellent. The waiters/waitresses differed in their demeanour (we didn't get the same server all through the meal). I think the restaurant suffers because Leeds is not as busy as other cities (eg Manchester) There were only ten covers at 8pm on a Friday night!!!!! But that's not the restaurant's fault. The price was acceptable other than charging 12 1/2 % grastuity. Their fault as they would have got bigger tip if they hadn't done that

Food good but service "casual". Staff at Leeds nowhere near the standard of professionalism of service experienced at Harrogate. Ambience poor. Very unlikely to return.

Great food, good service but I hate to see 12.5% service charge added automatically automatically to the bill. Would much rather ensure the staff get cash on ips.

Food was nice enough but service in my opinion was poor. The waitress wasn't exactly enthusiastic and never smiled once. Lunch set menu was great value for money.

Great menu, excellent food and service. We had 3 courses and they all rated highly. Restaurant was virtually empty though by 10pm so lacked atmosphere later on but would definitely go again.

Great service as usual - a wider range of vegetarian options would be appreciated. It was quiet so noticed the background music more than previously - enjoyed the occasional Dave Brubeck much more than the indeterminant ambient stuff

I usually come to Cote at lunchtime but today enjoyed a very pleasant evening visit. It never disappoints.

I think it speaks for itself that the Cote is a restaurant I visit on a regular basis. Whilst I use other restaurants the Cote is my favourite.

My favourite Leeds restaurant. So pleased I no longer have to travel to York or Harrogate to visit the Cote.

Great food. Great service. When we ordered an extra side of chips and it arrived towards the end of the meal it was then taken off the bill without us having to say a word. The charcuterie and duck confit were prepared with a lot of skill.

Great food Service average Party of 5 1 mains dish served 10 minutes behind everyone else's. They forgot to bring 1 dessert. However we didn't pay for any sweet as it was taken off the bill. Service charge says optional however when chip and pin is presented no option for gratuity it's already in the total. Also we had a wine offer for joining cote website and were refused the 2and 3 coarse menu Not clear when taking offer.

Excellent food and very good value for money (set menu), my only complaint was the £18 service charge added to the bill for 4 people. The service was good but to add 12.5% to our bill seemed excessive. We will be back but will leave the amount of tip we think is appropriate in future.

Had a lovely meal, although had to return 1 main course? This was corrected immediately & we were compensated on the nill. Staff were brilliant , nothing was too much for them. Will definately return.
