table not ready had to go to the pub for 30 mins to give them time to sort out our table, poppadum's, starters all came at the same time, then all we got were excuses about the bookings, not our problem,

Food was excellent - very tasty, loads of options for vegetarians too. However the waiter was useless - knew nothing about the menu, very slow to bring all the drinks and inept / offensive when it came to settling the bill.

Lack of beer choice and lack of Haryali chicken is disappointing. Preferred old menu, but food is still good.

Food and service was great. It’s one of the few Indian restaurants that is constant every time I go . Just a minor negative, food shown on their website is out of date and not available. Great

We asked for four popadoms, we got ONE popadom cut into four pieces 😡 I ordered king prawn jalfrazie, the Prawns were under cooked the curry sauce was bog standard, Nothing like a Jalfrazie. My friend ordered a Korma it tasted like coconut milk

Quite Tuesday evening. Food as usual very tasteful and cooked perfectly. Sat next to waiter area ie phone ringing and staff coming in out of kitchen. Would ask for a different table next time. Service very friendly and efficient. Looking forward to next visit.

Enjoyed my visits to Copper Lounge, the service is good, a nice choice of drinks but it’s the food which makes it; previously had the Thali which was a flavour experience this time I had a series of small plates tapas style, all were lovely. We were a party of seven we got our food promptly & explanations of the dishes which were new to us were helpful for food from three regions of India. Recommend.

Great restaurant, very different to most other indian restaurants, in terms of menu choice and even atmosphere! We have moved house to very near by and will definitely be returning!

We have been going to that Copperlounge for quite a long time but mainly this year we have had a few issues. Having to wait up to 30 mins more for our table when it was previously booked for a family 'big' birthday celebration. Staff very miserable when serving. The young girl is the only friendly one. Doubling up on the bill of a starter & not even apologising. Staff friendliness has totally changed and not for the better. We will

This was our second visit here and it was great. Food and service was gorgeous. The kids meals were brilliant as well everything was so fresh. Service was fantastic. Will definitely be returning.
