Superb food, really good value for money, lovely staff and a really great eating environment. Great for quick eats, family or friends meal or eating for one

It was all right. At least, that's what one of my guests told me. Sadly, I couldn't make it due to ill health, but I believe him.

Always great good and inexpensive too Service and drinks also great I would recommend to friends and family. Would be great for an after work event

We absolutely love visiting coop chicken! This must have been our fourth visit! We will definitely be back! Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later!

It's a nice place, good value. The chicken wings are the best I've had, and the choice of sauces is plentiful. I'd recommend this to all my friends.

The Coop is a great place....great chicken and tasty sides....shots of sauce are novel and a great way to try them out!!! We had the lunch menu which was great value for the amount of food we were served!!!

Visited Coop for Newcastle restaurant week, the food was lovely, and the deal was amazing value! Service was good! Would highly recommend this restaurant! Thumbs up!

Really enjoyed the coop as usual. Great chicken but the rice side was very, very dry. The staff weren't quite as friendly as usual and it wasn't busy so they weren't in a rush. Still great food and good value for money though so I will be back!

There was a party of about 40 people, with about 10 kids running up and down the hallway. I like coop, but this was not what one expects at 8:30 on a Friday night.

Great food, great service, great value. Chicken was beautifully cooked and the sweet potato fries were delicious 😋 A bewildering array of sauces but well described. Will definitely be going back.

It was brilliant. The food was superb and the choice of sauces blew our mind. We will definitely be back. Our son thoroughly enjoyed the wings which was a first for him.

A really good restaurant with an excellent selection of sauces if you come with people who can't handle the heat. Reasonable price too, essentially the best place for chicken in town.

Best chicken I've ever had. Tried three shots of sauce, loved all of them but the sweet ginger was my favourite. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent food and service, even though extremely busy. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. Nothing was a problem for them if something additional was required. For those who love spicy sauces, the selection was amazing ranging from tasteful spices, right the way through to what must be approaching chemical burns (in a good way) for your tongue. Taste them if you dare!

Great chicken and tasty sides.....staff are friendly and well informed re all the sauces available!!!! Good service and great value when you can get the lunchtime deal, especially until 5pm.....

Delicious food, excellent service. Very friendly staff. Also they were very helpful. Music wasn't to loud. Also not intrusive. I will definitely go back there again. Charlie was very attentive.

Great food. Simple but nice. I thought the wine was a little expensive but not massively over priced for a restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Been here many times. As always, good tasty chicken, with a range of spicy sauces. Friendly staff. When I received the bill pointed out some drinks not charged. Response was, "on the house, its mothers day". Will return.

Fantastic food. Great concept, chicken cooked really well and a good selection of sides loved by our whole party. Love that you can buy the sauces that you've tried.

Knocks spots off Nando's. Very friendly staff. Sweet potato fries were delicious. So many shots of sauces to choose from. The bottled beer could have been colder. We will be returning.

It is always a good afternoon when you choose to eat at The Coop Chicken house it has great food, fab atmosphere, no hassle, what more could you ask for.

Food is always delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Deserts are like heaven on a plate! A little hidden gem im glad i have found.

Itison partnership with Chicken Coop should continue as this is such as a great deals! Quality food & service. The voucher should be used not only just Sunday. It would be good to use it during the week.

Lovely place to eat and worth the money for the food- only downside for me was that I got this for a Birthday present as a voucher and I can't eat a lot of spicy foods. The chicken came just slightly seasoned which was amazing but I couldn't eat 4 of the 7 sides that we ordered to share in our group. other than that I would definitely return.

Gorgeous food as always! Highly recommend the salad- absolutely huge and less than £7! In my opinion a great alternative to Nandos when in Newcastle. Great service and I will be back again.

Lovely food but slightly slow service. Staff forgot our drinks however having asked for them twice they gave us them for free so can't complain too much. The food was delicious and I will definitely return.

Succulent chicken, good Chips, both regular and sweet potato. Red cabbage slaw is lovely and so many sauces to choose from. We had two mild and one very hot, all served very efficiently and friendly. Was very quiet so not a lot of atmosphere but not a problem, just the time of day . Have rebooked for March.

Chicken was great as always, friendly and efficient service. They've also increased their choices of sauces. Chicken wings are also a good alternative to the usual full chicken.

Forget Nandos, this place is superb... tasty food, amazing choice of sauces, the wood burning over smells gorgeous and great staff. Would love to keep the place quiet so I can always get a seat, but it deserves your visit. Recommended.

Yes this may be just Chicken but it's really really good Chicken so succulent & tastes great, nice sides and flavoursome sauces. Will definitely be back!

Helpful, v pleasant staff. Good, relaxed atmosphere Great value for money tasty food with minimal waiting time, ideal over lunchtime. Good choice of sides and sauces you'd get nowhere else. Would have scored six but the place is strangely draughty.

Lovely meal, can't fault anything. Would go again definitely. Reasonably priced and value for money. Great service and lovely setting, not too big, nice and cosy.

Food was great, I just wish I ordered more. Slightly pricey as everything had to be bought separately but other than that it is a great place to eat out.

Overall food was nice, restaurant was clean and staff were very friendly. I would recommend this place to any one that likes chicken to be honest
