Service was a bit slow surrounding lovely staff very polite

Went for dinner on Boxing Day. Place was near enough empty and service was so slow and staff were not pleasant! Waited a hour between starter and mains,Kids meal were not like normal kids meals looked like there were from a instagram photo. Will not be back or recommend and is definitely not child friendly! Also payed more for an adult desert that was the same size as the child cheap one!!

Had a lovely meal and the staff were friendly and efficient a homely feel to the place I will definitely be back.

Excellent service & delicious food. Out for an informal birthday lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed the 3 different Sunday roasts. Thanks to all the staff.

The meal was lovely. Only criticism is that the macaroni came with chives and a bread crumb on top and it wasn't stated on the menu. Excellent service and a lovelt atmosphere

Food was delicious. Sea bass tasty but it came in 3 small pieces rather than one nice large filet. Friend had ceaser salad and it was lovely too. Have been here few times before and had risotto and a burger and all food has been really good. One of my favourite restaurants in the area

Food was amazing, one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Service was great too.

Starters were cold and had to be redone. Waitress told us the hotel was wrong to give us a dining time of 9.30 pm. I explained that I had booked the restaurant on line and not through the hotel. When ordering wine we were told only two reds were available and not shown a wine list. In the end the rest of the meal was very nice.

Staff and service was great but the temp was a little low and people felt need to put coats on towards the end.

Friendly and warm welcome given time to relax and eat no rush, our meal of sea bass with noddles chilli & ginger was FAB Great choice and I recommend this venue and dish you won’t be disappointed.

Eaten here many times over the years, when staying at the Grange Manor hotel. Always had a good meal.

Had a lovely lunch with friends.....service and food was excellent......it was very quiet, only another four people in so not much ch of an atmosphere, but will definitely return....
