Colosseo Restaurant

Disappointing, especially as it wasn’t the first time I’d been there. Too many tinned peas (who eats tinned peas?) and some dishes too salty. Don’t think I’ll be going back again.

The relatively low ratings are because I thought the sweet (apple tart + ice cream) wasn't very good. I will use the restaurant again but won't take a sweet

We had a late evening booking but the staff could not have been more welcoming. They fed us speedily and the meal was excellent

This restaurant was a delight! Good food, nice wine list, pleasant service and casual setting. Well priced for fresh food. A nice find for us and close to our hotel. We went there based on Trip Advisor reviews and found them to be right on point. A nice find!!

We are finishing a delicious meal of Spaghetti with a seafood mix (calamari, shrimp & mussel) and spaghetti carbonara;creamy with bacon!) very good food - excellent friendly service at a fair price - I’ll return for the Bolognese

I'll be back - need I say more? Well, if you insist. Both my sea bass and my colleague's lamb were excellent. Friendly service, decent pace, relaxing atmosphere. Give it a try - but not when I want to go!

We visit Colosseos fairly regularly and are never disappointed. By far out ranks other restaurants/bars in the area.

The food was ok but there was no atmosphere and even though it was half empty we felt rushed, we’d not finished our bread starter when our mains arrived.

Second time here, the food is great, lovely staff and atmosphere. I have had pizza both times, the base was the tiniest bit soggy on my second visit but delicious flavours so I didn’t mind
