Cinco's Mexican Restaurant

Best Mexican around, friendly staff, amazing upstairs dining area my favourite restaurant in the Fylde! If you like good portions and great quality Mexican food definitely come Cincos, you will not be disappointed!!

Too noisy, got our order wrong even though we were very specific as to how we wanted one particular part of the meal prepared. On the plus side they were very apologetic and gave us a refund. Over all the food we had was excellent but our night was spoiled. Would recommend to younger age group looking for a fun night out.

Book through quandoo for the first time. No problems at all. 2nd time at Cinco's and it was even better than the first. Great service, very attentive staff (especially Lydia) superb food, hot and plentiful. Look forward to going again and will definitely use the app again

Staff friendly and had to get a doggy bag as I couldn't finish the entire meal. Love the atmosphere and cosiness of this fantastic place!

Great food and vibe. Friendly staff. I love mexican food and this is almost as good as the real thing. certainly a lot better than tex mex fair that others offer. Stay away from the chilli bottles on the wall, names like rectum reaper should be warning enough

Food excellent, drinks menu superb range and fantastic cocktails. But what made the restaurant so good is definitely the service from the staff Alex, Beth and Dan who gave such great service. We were there for my sons 21st birthday celebration having found them on the Internet. What a brilliant find. We will definitely go back.

Had a fantastic meal. Food was plentiful. Thought we were getting our starter but it was an appetiser before the starter!!! ( glad we only order one to share!!). Bit of a wait until the main course but we weren't in a rush so fine and were told there was a slight delay. I had the lamb and my husband fh burger. Was delicious. Also beat Sangria I've had for a long time!!! Bill was really reasonable for what we had. Will definitely be going again.

There was very good atmosphere to the restaurant, the service and food excellent and very tasty. The food was very good value, and will go again.

Food was of an excellent quality and was delivered in a timely fashion. Range of hot sauces available from weak to painstakingly hot. Only issue was the wait for the table but that was a minor blip.

Amazing food, staff are excellent, great customer service, always friendly and timing is prefect... love the place can't fault it one bit... Will be returning !!

The food was great and the atmosphere was lively and busy, despite it being just a Tuesday night. The staff were polite and friendly, serving our food and drinks quite quickly and with a smile.

This was our second visit to cinco. First visit was really good however this visit lacked everything from customer service to quality of food. Long wait for drinks to be ordered and once our food came no one visited our table to see if everything was okay. My partner enjoyed his food however I did not enjoy my main. I tried several times to get the attention of the servers as there were 5 stood around the bar talking but no luck. I did not eat my main and said to the server who cleared the table that is was not nice she smiled and walked away. Will give the restaurant another go in a few months but was unhappy with a bill of around £70 for bad customer service and hunger when leaving.

staff so attentive friendly professional service food amazing generous portions recommend the sangria loved the courtyard setting lovely weather outside so made the evening cant wait to re visit and have recommended so many already we are going to arrange works night out EXCELLENT AMAZING PLACE

Food very good , staff very good, the place is not over big so when it is full it can get rather warm inside.overall excellent

We said in the garden at the back which was lovely. The drink was awful though and the food was a bit messy. I enjoyed my first time better. The service was impeccable though.

Enjoyed the set menu tonight. My husband ordered the nachos and beef burrito and I ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken fajitas. Everything was perfect, just couldn't finish all the food! We will be visiting again soon

Great experience sitting outside in the sun, surrounded by plants, ponchos and a big Mexican mural.. Really felt like we were on holiday! Food was fantastic and staff were super friendly! I even took a doggy bag home! Would visit again.

Great Vibe, Great food, generous portions. Reasonable prices and drinks arent the usual rip off. Went as a family of four with older Children. Sharing platter and Nachos to start. The Food was excellent and so tasty, but the service so very slow took 45 mins to get our starters but couldn't fault the portions or the food, would return.

Complimentary tortilla chips and dips where provided on arrival. I went at an early bird slot and the portions were massive but more importantly they tasted exquisite. As for the staff they were attentive and friendly. Would certainly recommend!

They do it right. Great food, service, ambience and good size portions. A little pricy but worth it. Only criticism is the number of tables they cram in.

Fabulous from start to finish. Great service, food and atmosphere. The garden area at the back was fab with ponchos on all the chairs to keep you warm. Can't wait to go back again.

Just seemed really unorganised and the food was really bland. Must've been an off evening as been there before and had no problems. We asked for an outdoor seat when reserving and were sat indoors.

The food was Fantastic with very large portions. The complimentary nachos are a added bonus to make you feel welcome. After eating we went into the lovely garden area for more drinks and it was just like being on holiday even though it was just a night out in Poulton.
