Chutneys Restaurant - Wimbledon

We had the Chicken Danshak and the Chicken Tikka Massala. Both were fabulous along with the Peshwari naan. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Well priced too. All in all a good night out.

I'd walked past a million times but never eaten in - what a mistake! Very tasty food and good service. For any curry lovers a must visit!

I visit Chutneys 2-3 times a year. The Food is excellent and the staff are very helpful. This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants. I look forward to my next visit.

The atmosphere, decor and service are always good. The food normally is, but on this occasion it was almost cold and served on completely cold plates - disappointing.

Great service, great variety of dishes and great food, haven't been for ages but always a high standard and that's why we keep going back.

Fantastic food (probably the best Indian I've ever had!) and very friendly, efficient staff. Couldn't ask for more, would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

It's wise to book as Chutney's fills very quickly, and that's because the food is excellent and the staff very friendly - a good atmosphere.

As usual the food and ambience was great, but the service was very slow. We had real difficulty in even ordering a drink; I had to ask 3 times to get water for the table. Our waiter seemed in no hurry at all to take our food order. I will certainly go back there, but will hope for better service next time!

Chutneys is a nice Indian restaurant with good food and very good service in the centre of Wimbledon. Prices are also reasonable. Value for money.

Great food, good staff and very reasonable. Would recommend this place for a good curry night out locally. The starter I had was something different and very tasty!

The food was really good, the ambience was buzzy and the service was surprisingly efficient for a busy Friday night. Our table of 6 had a great evening ... but it was very hot in the restaurant but cooled down once people left.

As usual, very convenient location, lovely decor and very friendly staff. My friends and I have been there several times over the last couple of years and were immediately recognised and made to feel welcome. The waiter was a little slow in taking our order, but once that had been done the food arrived promptly and was very good. I will be going back next month with a larger group of people.

Decent restaurant for the price, particularly in Wimbledon. Nice food and attentive staff. I'd definitely go back there. Only wish there was more than 1 WC as had to wait for a while but you can't have everything!!!

Despite us arriving late after theatre we had good service and the delicious food was promptly served. I have never had a "bad" meal at this restaurant and it is excellent value. I shall be returning !

Food is really good and massive portions but the service was awful, everytime we wanted something we had to ask 3 times and staff were extremely rude.

Large selection. If anything too much choice. Reasonably priced for the area. Pleasant attentive staff. Food average and certainly not remarkable. Would go again. Thank you

Chutneys is one of our local favourites in Wimbledon town centre. Consistently good food. Lots of choice on the menu with many fish and vegetarian dishes. Friendly service.

Good buffet on the Sunday. Great selection of the classic dishes. Including nann. Good value for money. Kingfisher on tap. Friendly staff. Will def go again.

I like this restaurant very much and have been using it for years. The food is always good and I look forward to my next visit. Helpful staff & good service.

Food is wonderful. Service is good except for a couple of younger waiters who did not seem to understand English. The coffee could be better but it would not stop me visiting again as the food is so good.
