The food, wine, service and athmosphere were wonderful. We were a party of six and all had a fab time. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Very nice meal and excellent service. Could not fault it. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be going there again very soon. Thank you.
The menu is much more adventurous than the majority of Indian restaurants. We had a very enjoyable meal there in pleasant surroundings. Well worth trying.
I always have a great time when I come to Chutneys, the food is amazing that even when I'm full I don't want to stop eating because it's just so good!
Very good choice of dishes which were of a high standard. Excellent flavours. Service was also great with a large group all being served at the same time with a relaxed atmosphere. First time there but definitely not the last.
Not been to this restaurant for a few years. Think the food is not as good as it used to be so was a little disappointed.
Nice food but small portions. Staff friendly. Drinks very expensive and quite weak. Positioned near the door so had people passing and pushing my chair.
Service not great. Slow to take order forgot to bring water to table had to ask 2 times even though empty tables around. Need to improve on their customer skills. Food was nothing special so wont be returning as it was suppose to be a special birthday meal.
food is ok, décor is a little bit dated though
Brilliant food, recommend the Deshi Gosht or Lamb Rajeshwari, kids always have Chicken Korma. Fantastic, friendly service. We try eat here whenever we are in Wimbledon.
Fab food, fab experience. Staff were friendly and attentive but not over bearing. The decor is modern and stylish. The restaurant is ideally located in the heart of Wimbledon.
Very average food and service. I felt the service was a little rushed and the food was standard Indian fare. Ive been before and it was definitely better. Might try the one next door.
Went here for a family meal on a quiet Monday night. Menu is extensive and contains usual British/Indian favourites but also plenty of more interesting dishes. Everything we ordered was great-good quality ingredients well cooked. Staff very pleasant. Nice meal out.
Great service and great prices and very friendly staff. Great location with transport links very close by 2 minutes from Wimbledon Station. Best Indian Restaurant in my opinion in SW19 we always use Chutneys 🤣
Nice restaurant, good food, polite staff. Our first visit and would certainly comeback. We ate at 7.30 on a Saturday, it wasn't too full, nor too quiet.
Large and varied menu of delicious dishes at reasonable prices, with good wine selection (under £5 for a large glass of Pino Grigo Rose). Modern decor, clean tables, interesting and different ambient Indian music playing subtly in the background. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff who aren't too intrusive. Very conveniently centrally located close to Bus stops, railway and underground Station, tram link and a multi-story carpark. The Odeon cinema is a hundred yards away. However the restaurant is tucked away behind the Broadway so doesn't suffer from the annoying distractions from heavy traffic or a constant stream of passers by. Highly recommended!
Food basic and needs bit more spice. Not sure who chef was on the night but not as tasty as when we visited last year.Restaurant needs updating bearing in mind Wimbledon location and prices charged.Staff were very attentive.
Wonderful evening at Chutneys. Friendly and polite staff, great service, lovely food as always and the restaurant is very clean. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
Food and service was excellent as always, in what was a very busy restaurant ! The best Indian restaurant in the area by far... I come regular and the food never disappoints !
The service and food was very good. The atmosphere in the restaurant was just right for our evening. My friends and I always go there as we know it's going to be good and it's not too loud so can hear everyone in the group without needing to shout.
Food was on point but when we arrived the table hadn't been reserved for us so had to come back half an hour later but they did give us a free drink for the inconvenience
Great food, great service very well priced easy to book online and confirmation sent very quickly will go back again in the near future soon
It was a very pleasant evening. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall a lovely evening. Will definitely go back again.
Very nice restaurant, food was really good and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We will definitely be coming back here again. Thoroughly recommended.
Table wasn't ready. They quickly set up a table but it was more suitable for 4 not 6 and we had to request a larger table, so they moved it around. Service okay and food good. Didn't like being reached across when they served.
The service was terrible bickering amongst staff and being sat next to the bar/phone- is not a good idea-too noisy and get bumped by the waiters every time they come past
Great location easy to find. Great staff very friendly and welcoming. Excellent choice of food and good value for money. Also no rush to force you out felt they would let us sit there all night
A party of 9 of us ate after 9.30pm, and the staff were great, very helpful and no rush at all. Food was good and well priced.
Food and service great but didn't have our reservation when we arrived so had to come back an hour later. Was fine other than that.
Service was very good which was good bearing in mind how busy the restaurant was. Also the food was lovely. My friends and I always come here for our regular catch up.
Lovely atmosphere, great tasty food, we ordered the vegetable thali and asked for one dish to be replaced by an alternative due to allergy, easily done. Eating experience was not rushed. Would recommend.
Lovely meal, a great service and a fabulous atmosphere on a cold Wednesday evening. The food was very well cooked and very tasty. Thank you
Excellent food with an abundance of choice and attentive service. I would recommend checking out the online menu as there is so much to choose from. Best to book a table as by 8.30pm people had to queue.
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We were a table of 14 and everyone was satisfied with their overall experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was amazingly delicious too!
Excellent as always. My favourite Indian restaurant, never disappoints. You can't go wrong with any of the dishes, especially the chef's specials. The salmon curry is to die for.
Great food, good value and friendly service Chutneys is my family's favourite restaurant in the area, we've always thoroughly enjoyed every meal and been completely satisfied in every respect.
Fantastic food and service, really enjoyed it. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the area looking for a good curry.
Nice food. Would go there again. Dal is very nice. Thali was also good. Need to keep their menus clean however. Also more salt in chutney given as a sider for poppadum.
Lovely staff so polite and did not rush you Food big portions and good thing is they are happy to bag up for you to take away Food tasty - masala sauce lovely and rich and good dipping for your naan
Great food, good friendly service. I had the chicken balti which was delicious. Buzzy good atmosphere for a wed night. Would def go again if out in Wimbledon
Brilliant meal as always! Can never fault the food and always go by staff recommendations! Top class as always!!
Great Sunday lunch out. Food was excellent as always and we were really well looked after. Particularly impressed with how good the staff were with our 3 year old son who thoroughly enjoyed himself!
Poor food and service. Portions were small and the wait times for the courses was high. Would only recommend this to hungry people looking for a quick fix
Delicious food and very good service - the house special curries are particularly tasty. I will certainly return here when I am next in Wimbledon.
as usual, very good food and excellent value on a sunday! wish i could go more often! courteous service, fresh and well-spiced food. a family favourite
Chutneys is buzzing early on a Saturday evening. The menu has interesting menu choices in addition to classic Indian dishes. It is rare to find dosa and ours were good!
The food was lovely and a great service. The only issue we had was that we were sat right on top of two other people who were very loud and trying to get in on our conversation.
Great food, traditional South Indian food, try the Thali, the paneer and peas and the Choley. Always great service from the owner brothers. Highly recommended
I moved out of the area six years ago, but when in Wimbledon, if I get a chance, I go to Chutneys, as the food and service is always fab. The Prawn Puri starter is a big favourite with my family and the mains are fresh and tasty. Well worth a visit.
We went to Chutneys for a family get together, we were treated courteously, the service was timely and friendly and above all the food was great.
