Lovely food , drinks & service. Atmosphere was lively so bear in mind if you are after the opportunity for a good chat Friday evenings are probably not the best time to for those sorts of conversations

Food was amazing, and service was good it just took a little while to order. Overall good value for money and we will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect. I was greeted on arrival, shown to a clean, well presented table, drinks arrived swiftly, and food a reassuringly little while later, which was proof that everything had been prepared freshly. Me and my Guest had a lovely time, and I will not hesitate to recommend the afternoon tea here.

Great night, a really lovely atmosphere. The food was amazing , the staff were very friendly and attentive . We will definitely be going again.

Service was great, a little disappointed with the food. Was asked if I wanted my steak pink or well done, asked for pink and it came out blue. The goats cheese in the salad was a little overpowered by the herb crust. We will be back as I think this was just a one off.

Food good. The automated booking system however had changed my booking to 5.30pm fr 4 people. They managed to fit us in at the time booked and we had a lovely meal

Service and Food was execelent. The Staff reccommended items on the menu and made us feel welcome. We didnt have to wait to long for our food and it tasted great.

Shown to our table straightaway upstairs. My husband ordered the falafel to start and the portion was huge. I had ordered the "nibble" version of garlic & cheese flatbread which was also huge. We both then had steak, I had the flat iron and my husband the rump, again lovely. Needless to say no room for pudding.

Great meal as always! We love chime and will be back!

Food was lovely as always, however this took almost an hour to arrive with no explanation. The waitress was great and clearly doing her best.

Great food and service despite a really stretched group of staff , who did a great job and where lovely !! Phone ringing all the time was annoying as staff dint have time to answer .

Second time me & my partner have been here & both times we’ve not been left dissappinted. Lovely atmosphere, food was spot on. A variety of drinks both alcoholic & non alcoholic. We will defiantly be making a return.

First visit , crispy beef & noodles , salt and pepper chicken both so tasty and filling the service was excellent too we will visit again 👍🏻

A wonderful little restaurant serving lovely food. Great service and menu choice. They cater for young children and have theme nights. We will be going regularly.

Very pleasant evening, with a most cheerful and helpful server, who reminded us of the offer on pizzas and suggested a refreshing summer drink. The pizzas were lovely and the service was fine. We ordered coffees but they were cold, so we were brought fresh ones without question. It was very good value with the offer and I would be happy to return.

Early Sunday evening I expected more. Pushed onto a tiny table when other tables were available was odd. Waiting time a little long and food not aweful but not as good as it has been in the past

Although the food was good, the service was slow. We had to wait a long time to get drinks. The only thing that came quickly was the bill!

1st visit to Chime . Will definitely be returning. Excellent food and polite efficient service. Well priced. Nice to see a lot of the dishes were available in smaller portions so didn't feel over faced . Would have had a pudding if we'd had more time. Staff did not rush us . Superb.

Overcooked meet, bisto gravy, crayfish starter was horrible, it tasted like it was in disinfectant. Four prawn starter for £7 , they must have a new chef because 12 months ago it was really good. Not any more. Staff got order wrong and one of them was never off her mobile phone. Dire dining experience.

Friendly staff and nice food. Helpful when asked about allergens. The menu changes regularly which ensures there are new dishes to try even when you go to Chime repeatedly.

Lovely place and friendly staff. However chicken wings starter with 2 wings and a piece of lettuce for £5.95 must be a joke! Rest of food ok but very very slow indeed.

Great food and especially enjoyed my Brockmans G&T. Would have given it 6 but the waiter, whilst very pleasant couldn't answer any questions about the menu and was a little difficult to hear.

Fantastic friendly service and great food. A brilliant place to take my dad on Father’s Day. We will definitely go again and we highly recommend to everyone.

Chime was definetaly above average for food and service. The restaurant was well furnished and the restaurant was busy. I would recommend chime to people.

We were looking forward to visiting Chime after heating good things. We visited with my 6 year old daughter. We were not given a kids menu and were sat at the high table which is not ideal with a child and we're told that there was no other option. We ordered the Parma flatbread, Deep Blue Sea sharing platter. The flatbread was stodgy and possibly undercooked. The platter was underwhelming, the batter on the fish did not taste seasoned at all, there was no wasabi at all on the tuna. Service was a bit hit and miss with us having to chase the bill. All in all not the worst dining experience but definitely disappointing, I did raise with the manageress on duty.

We love this place another fantastic Sunday lunch. My little lad loves the make your own Pizza too. The vanilla ice cream is the best ever. Highly recommended
