Brilliant service, great food. A hidden gem, but for how long?

Steak was lovely perfectly cooked, service was a bit disorganised at times. But wholly really enjoyed my visit

Really enjoyed our food at Chamuyo. The steak was delicious. We had a very good Bottle of merlot as well. The staff were very friendly and greeted us on arrival.

Wow... This restaurant was amazing, my steak was cooked to absolute perfection and full of flavour, the staff were excellent and made helpful suggestions I ate alone and enjoyed every minute as I was made to feel comfortable,

Quick visit to Brighton and a lucky find. Excellent steak restaurant with a highly knowledgable proprietor. Steak was first class as was the recommended wine. Service was absolutely splendid and we had a lovely meal and experience.

I booked a table for my partner's 60th birthday. The members of staff were very friendly, polite and knowlagable about the food the were serving. The service was great and so was the food. We were given a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival which was a lovely touch. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic, would definitely visit again.

It was my partners birthday so they had balloons put on my table and brought a desert out at the end with a candle. The food was so incredible! Never have we hadn’t steak that good in restaurant. I think our waitress was perhaps a trainee? So service could have been quicker, we did have to ask for things a few times. However we still had a lovely time and my partner had a fab birthday meal. So thank you!

Food was amazing, our waitress was new so the service wasn’t great, one of our starters didn’t arrive and the drinks took a while, but the other members of staff were great. Would definitely return!

The staff had perfect recommendations the whole meal, including the wine ((which was lovely). I particularly enjoyed the newest ceviche dish. It was spot on with what I have had, in Peru, which is no surprise as the chef is apparently half Peruvian. A tremendous steakhouse that I highly recommend.

We came here post son's Graduation, had a good time, the steak was very good quality and beautifully cooked.
