Chamuyo Argentine Steakhouse

Chamuyo is a wonderful Argentinian restaurant serving the most delicious steaks,chicken etc. Service is excellent and atmosphere very friendly. Highly Recommend

We received a warm welcome on arrival. Our party asked for the manager's recommendations on which steak to choose which he readily gave and we all went with and were definitely not disappointed, great steaks and sides. Asked for a good wine that would go well with steak and he willingly let us have a tasting before deciding and again good recommendations. We had a family party of six, all said would definitely eat there again, one of the best steaks eaten by all. Would definite recommend

Disappointing food, Calamari was very chewy, 2 of the 4 cuts of meet were also not good but the nice Spanish waitress made the experience more pleasant.

Its hard to beat Steak cooked well, and Chamuyo do this. Great advice given by the staff regarding sauces made the whole experience top notch.

Went for partner Birthday, staff very friendly and the food was fantastic. Partner said it's the best steak he's ever had and he eats a lot of steak. Will be going back. Thank you for a lovely evening.

We dined here back in January and the food was so good that we vowed to return or our next visit to Brighton. We returned to Brighton on Tuesday 7th July for a 2, night break and booked a table for Wednesday night. The waitress remembered us from our previous visit and warmly welcomed us back and given a complimentary glass of Champagne. On this visit we chose (Starters) Empanadas Criollas (Mains) Chamuyo Special 4, (4 premium cuts of steak) with chunky chips grilled veg and green beans. The food as on our previous visit was absolutely superb/exceptional in fact, cooked to perfection. The Empanadas, (spicy beef) were delicious and the 4 premium cuts of steak Fillet, Rib-eye, Sirloin, Rump (med-rare) were melt in the mouth tender. All washed down with a large bottle of Quilmes lager. Chamuyo is a must visit if you love great steaks in a restaurant with great service and a lovely atmosphere. A very pleasurable dining experience and we will be back when next in Brighton. 10/10 isn't high enough praise for all at Chamuyo.

Booked ahead of Day 1 of Covid Re-opening and so delighted we found such a super restaurant. Food to die for, Anchos especially. Camereras with passion and knowledge and a bill that doesn't scare the bank manager too much on Monday. + A quality, affordable Malbec. Hello!
