Excellent service, brilliant food which was plentiful. The atmosphere was great too. I thought it was also a great price for the top quality food and a cocktail afterwards.

We have been eagerly waiting to visit this latest addition to Beverley's gastronomic offering and we were not disappointed. The food was great, the staff attentive and with a great sense of fun. We will go back.

Fantastic dining experience. We visited mid-week, for a birthday meal. Perfect choice, it was busier than we expected and had a really good atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and provided an exceptional service. The food was amazing. I have visited a Brazilian restaurant abroad before so I was aware of the procedure. We ordered drinks and then headed to the wide selection of sides, everything was fresh and very well presented. We then sat down and waited for wide variety of meats. The waiter enquired as to our preferences, then proceeded to serve us some fantastic cuts of meat. The meat was extremely delicious and we enjoyed every single mouthful. We also had a few cocktails and the staff were very knowledgable and informative about the cocktail choices. I will definitely be returning here in the near future. I have and will continue to highly recommend this unique restaurant to family friends and work colleagues.

Having lived and worked in Brasil I found the food and restaurant authentic and well worth a visit. One of the music tracks playing by Banda Eva brought back some really good memories.

Restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restraurant idea was good but I feel it was missing execution. Salad bar was great, as was the meats brought round but there wasn't enough selection of meat. In the two hours we were there there was 4 meats come round, all of which were delicious, but you need to make sure the other meats you offer come round too. Maybe it was the time we attended 6-8. It was a great place just needed more variation on the meat

Really welcoming staff. Food was delicious and attention to detail was obvious. A great variety on the salad bar and a mix of meats served. Highly recommend a visit.

What a great restaurant, a little manic as the sittings changed over, but once settled in your seats it begins. A fantastic salad bar, great meat and super staff. I would recommend it not only for the food but also the style of eating and service make it truly memorable. One small word of caution don't go if you are looking for a light bite, you need to take your appetite with you to really appreciate the food.

Went for lunch with my husband and 2 children aged 8 & 9, we really enjoyed it, staff were great and the food was lovely! We ended up arriving a bit early for our table and it was no problem. All you can eat, we were very full. Only disappointment was that on Facebook page it says 25% off if work for Council, NHS etc, it should make it clear its only for that person's main meal and not whole bill!!! No small print anywhere as I'd checked Facebook page and their website, it ended up a very expensive lunch! I probably should have asked before we ordered, lesson learnt there! Other than that a really nice meal and would highly recommend.

Great Food and excellent ambiance. Staff took the time to explain everything and continually checked on the table and replenished drinks etc. Cocktails rather different as well would not hesitate to recommend.

Salad bar was brilliant, as were most of the meats. Pork ribs were dry as were the chicken thighs, and the lamb wasn't best. Having eaten at a similar restaurant I would say Chamas is on par, although I wish they had offered more of a selection of rare meats.

We went for lunch and the selection of meat was excellent. The salad bar was delicious with loads to choose from and the staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Absolutely brilliant. Service and food quality are top notch. A different experience that I cannot wait to try again. I left the most full I've ever been and telling absolutely everyone about the food, cannot wait to go back.

Overall it was outstanding from walking through the to us leaving, will be returning with family next time, yes it a little loud but that just adds to the great atmosphere .

Food was excellent from the self-serve salad bar to the main meal. Meats were gorgeous and the waiter/chef was very attentive. Even offered to do separate salad without coriander for my wife. Waitress was lovely. Great place to eat will definitely be back to sample the evening atmosphere.

We had a wonderful evening, thoroughly enjoyed it, good value for money. Our only gripe is that the tables are very close together, it felt a bit claustrophobic.

Food was lovely as was the service until the manger brought the bill he was very abrupt. Very clean place with a good selection of food.

All staff were excellent and very welcoming. Food was also very good with plenty of choice and helpful waiters. Will certainly visit again in the near future

Staff were friendly & attentive & fully explained the process on arrival. The gourmet salad bar had smoked salmon, deli meats, pasta salads, cheese & biscuits & a hot selection. The beef stew & chicken stroganoff were delicious. There was always freshly cooked meat being brought around the restaurant I will definitely go back for a special occasion

Excellent selection of meats cooked perfectly. Steak cuts available from rare to well done all melt in your mouth. Great salad bar with fresh produce. Will definitely be back on an evening.

Food was very good. Choice of salad fresh and varied. Our table was not in a great position by the salad bar as when people were queueing, they were nearly sat on your knee!. Service was good and our waitress very attentive. Lively atmosphere although very loud so difficult to hold a conversation. Good for a get together with friends and family but not so much if you're after a romantic evening.

Once again, terrific quality and selection of food backed up by attentive and friendly service. Pleased to visit for second time since Chamas opened five weeks ago - will be back again soon. Thank you to the Chamas team!

Absolutely brilliant place. Food is absolutely amazing drinks are amazing and the staff are so attentative & knowledgeable ,the place is just great,( just a word of caution though make sure you're hungry before you go !!!!) The place just ouzes quality!!!..and as it was my birthday I even got a free birthday cocktail!!!..which was a nice touch. We will be back!!..A big well done to all the staff.

A small but very well lit restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere and friendly service. Attentive staff that make sure as much food is available to you as you could possibly want.

The food was lovely, the salad bar as well as the various meats which were brought round and sliced at the table. We didn't get to try everything on the menu but it's definitely worth a visit, particularly if you like beef steak

Excellent culinary experience supported by first-class customer service. The hot and cold salad bar range is of the highest quality and tastes. The range of meats carved and supplied at your table are beautifully cooked and delicious. All-in-all, I highly recommend this restaurant

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, easy to find. Food was good, not great. The salad bar was limited, I would have expected more expensive items such as prawns and other fish items etc. The cuts of meat were good with a good range however despite being told that most of the meat is cooked medium rare nearly all were well done, the worst way to cook beef! All in all the whole place is a fairly poor knock off of Fazenda, with the uniform exactly the same, the decor, the red/green coasters, everything not really up to Fazenda's high standards and certainly not as tasty, nor was the wine list nearly as extensive. For £2 more per person I would suggest going to Fazenda in Leeds because the overall experience is much better.

Good meat selection. Salad bar selection bit poor, no actual salad (lettuce etc). Also no ketchup/mayo. Chips only offered when finished our meal. Lovely puds.

Outstanding food and excellent service. Relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Everything that can be frustrating about a restaurant removed with their excellent system. First time visit to Chamas but will definitely return. Highly recommended.

This is a fabulous place to eat, once you understand the system you can eat as much as you like from the self service counters ( salads and hot meals) then just turn over your green and red place mat, (Green to to have an abundance of meats brought and sliced at your table, and red to pause or stop once you have had enough) The meats are to die for and cooked to your liking, if you require them a little more well done just ask. The slices of meat are enough to sample, and before you know it another cut of meat is brought and sliced at your table. The meat just keeps coming so sit back and have your fill. You can visit the self serve counters as often as you like. The restaurant is very clean and modern, the staff are so attentive ( especially the meat servers who just keep coming with a smile) . The manager is so professional and attentive, and visited our table to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. This place will do very well and needs to be bigger to enable more people to enjoy the experience. A point to be aware of though, the sittings are every two hours and due to the restaurant being very busy you must appreciate that you may be asked to depart after your two hours are up, this is in order to free up the tables for their next customers. This is not a problem and you must understand the needs of the restaurant and its next customers. It's a great place to eat and very competitive when you consider what you can actually eat if your appetite is big enough. We will certainly return, fantastic place in our books. Great place ant great people.
