A very nice restaurant with classy, contemporary decor, attentive service, and, most importantly, delicious food! We were there for lunch, so the enticing “2 for £10” cocktails will have to wait till next time!

Lovely food, quick and friendly service. Good range of options without being too many and the cocktails went down very well. Would recommend the halloumi sliders.

We had an excellent dinner, the waiting staff were attentive and helped with any special requirements. The steaks were perfectly cooked. We've been a few times and will continue to come back

One of our main courses came out cold and had to be sent back to be re heated. We sat with our feet in front of a vent blowing out cold air. Told we couldn’t move as no tables free. Yet there were several tables free for the whole time we were there. We were asked to vacate our table after 2 hours even though we were half way through our desert. We were allowed to move to another table for half an hour to finish our food. I wouldn’t go back there again. A shame as it had good potential and nice cocktails.

Very enjoyable lunch, good value from the fixed price menu. Good and friendly service. Will go with my girl friends again, it was their first visit and they enjoyed it.

You can not beat the atmosphere here. The staff are amazing, and the food and cocktails are the best there are. I had the squid as a starter and a 350g fillet, all cooked to perfection. Service is with a smile, the staff know there wine as well, I was recommended the Melbec and it did not disappoint. All in all you want a good night then look no further. Well done team, you are awesome

Food and drinks were fabulous. Had the burger and lobster and the lobster was cooked beautifully. Had a cocktail that was very tasty!! Restaurant gave me a free dessert for my birthday which was a lovely touch - the raspberry chocolate mousse was divine.

Excellent food & cocktails. Party of 3 meat eaters & 1 vegetarian all enjoyed the food, although fairly limited options for non meat eaters as the name would imply.

The service and vanilla cheesecake were the only nice things to be honest, the restaurant looks pretty nice. We had the chilli burger and it was not at all up to task. It looked quite cheap and tasted pretty bad. The meat was not fresh and you could taste it. We didn’t have the prawns but someone three tables ways from us did and the whole place smelt extremely fish after. The wine was not what I expected (tasted rather cheap). I personally wouldn’t go back. The photos are very deceiving and the fries aren’t fat fries, they’re french chips.

Lovely cocktails and food was excellent they have specials on various days and Tuesday was 50%off all steaks. My partner had fillet which was perfect and I had salmon which was delicious

Waiters and waitresses lovely, polite and professional. The front of house lady seemed to be doing more than anyone in there, and was doing a fantastic job. The reason for a 4 not a 6 was because the dining experience was too quick! My husband and I hadn’t been out in ages due to an 11 week old at home. We wanted a nice longer evening together, but no sooner had we put our order in for starters, they arrived, finished those, cleared away and then main arrived, then the pudding menu! The other reason for the mark down was that the steak wasn’t piping hot like the chips and the yummy green beans! Be nice to have had a longer evening! Cannot fault the staff though!!!

Lovely decor, good food. We went for the prossecco brunch and had a great time. We were topped up constantly and the food arrived hot and delicious. Good menu with a wide choice.

First visit to Cattle & Cocktail and we will will definitely return! Amazing food and yummy cocktails. Scallops and grilled squid to start, followed by 350g fillet with half lobster and duck breast with beetroot mash accompanied by pornstar martini’s and bottles of peroni. Food was presented beautifully with great service. Staff and management couldn’t not be faulted.

Took my mum for lunch to celebrate her 79th birthday. We has scallops and lobster and they were both delicious. Mum has arthritis and they happily took lobster out of shell for her as she couldn’t crack claws etc. Made her day when they bought out a cake with candle without any prompting from me (our waitress had overheard me saying happy birthday)

Always really enjoy going to Cattle and Cocktail. Never fails to impress. Great atmosphere, good food and yes, great cocktails! Don’t miss Happy hour or some of the other theme nights.

Great ambience and food. Recomend the squid and halloumi starters. Not sure whether the steaks are undercooked so chose medium rare as last time rare was blue but this time medium rare was perfectly cooked and wish i had ordered rare! I guess it depends on the chef on the night.

As usual the food was perfect we all had fillet steak and it was cooked to perfection . service as always was friendly and cocktails spot on. Definately our favourite restaurant.

Friendly staff, ok food although very standard menu. £100 for 2 with bottle of wine and main each. Cocktails ok but nothing special.which was a shame.

Food was very good. Cocktails were amazing! Staff were very polite and attentive, constantly topping up the prosecco! We had a lovely time, thank you.

Waited ages before being asked if wanted drinks then had to ask to order food after another age. Food was good though when arriced although one of our party received wrong order and had to wait again for correct dish.

The service was great but was disappointed with the lobster, it had no “meat “ in it at all, when I complained they were very good, changed my meal and explained that all the lobsters were the same that day so to try something else. I did change my choice and it was very good but I noticed they continued to serve the lobster to others and as I watched the diners they too could get very little “meat” out. I was disappointed that they would continue to serve lobster when they knew they were of a poor standard. Having said that, this was they only time I’ve had an issue here, prior to that visit they have always been outstanding.

The six of us had a really lovely Saturday brunch with all you can drink prosecco at Cattle and Cocktail. The meals were all great and the prosecco was always topped up
