Once again the food and service were fantastic, also lovely position in uphill Lincoln. Busy for a Wednesday evening which says something. Will definitely return.

Excellent menu, quietly efficient service and reasonably priced. Quality of food is excellent but be warned - portions are large. Our new favourite Indian restaurant in Lincoln.

This place is a real gem for all those looking for a fantastic culinary treat. Friendly staff and amazing dishes complete the experience.

This was not the first time at this restaurant, it is by far our Indian of choice when eating out with friends. Tasty, well cooked meals full of flavour in a small, relaxed setting. The waiters are polite and efficient and know exactly when you’re ready for the next course or further drinks. Can’t recommend this restaurant more highly.

Very good service and a good choice of excellent food. Over looked by the castle walls and only about 15 mins stroll from the bottom of the hill.

One of our regular haunts, as usual a great evening, really friendly staff, a wide range of genuine Indian food and they are always willing to alter the dish to suit your own taste, nice beer and wine and extremely good value. The restaurant is small so the atmosphere is always good. An excellent place to eat!

The best Indian restaurant in Lincoln, it is our go-to Indian having tried several others and been disappointed. Ideal location in to the cultural quarter and near several good pubs. Great service, fantastic curry and lovely atmosphere. Staff are friendly and attentive. Will continue to go back and recommend to others.

Been away in 🇪🇸 and 🇵🇹 last 3 weeks so was craving a 🍛. Usual 🌶 garlic fix for us both was beyond good. So 😋. 🎩 off to you guys we love it here!

As always we had a nice meal at Castle View, only slight error was that one of the dishes came as lamb instead of chicken, this was no problem as it was still delicious!

I’m yet to try an Indian that is better. The food is superb, the service is amazing and the overall atmosphere makes the whole experience worthwhile.

Castle View Restaurant is a lovely cosy place, friendly staff and an excellent meal. It's worth the walk up the hill and I'm sure to return!

This is a very popular restaurant and we had to be content with a 6pm booking. The food was delicious and we did not have to wait long to be served by smiling staff members

Usual standards have slipped. Waited over a hour for food. Strange smell soon as we walked into the restaurant the food wasn’t to its usual standard either. I hope things get back to how they were as this is/was our favourite restaurant in Lincoln

One of the best curries I've had in a very long time! Had a good few options that we're a bit different from the standard fare, but even the classics were cooked so well they almost tasted new to the palette! Would definitely recommend.

The food was of high quality however the space between diners was too close. Also it was very rushed and we was asked to leave 20 minutes early of our allocated 1 hour 30 minutes time due to the next people arriving shortly after.
