Lasagna was lovely, service was superb as always and the atmosphere was great.

Great food nicely cooked and at a very reasonable price. Service was extremely friendly. A cosy local restaurant. We would definitely go back there again.

Absolutely excellent. Always delivers - never disappointed. We go about 12 times a year and each time vow not to have the steaks AGAIN - and each time break that promise. Don't know how they do them but the steak gorgonzola is to die for.

It was our first visit to this restaurant and we had booked on a friends recommendation, unfortunately we were not to pleased with the food. It was ok not what we had expected and also the fizzy drinks were warm and completely flat

Great food. Delicious pork ribs, pasta and risotto. Home made tiramisu was to die for! Service friendly but a tad slow. Having said that we would definitely go back again.

Our first time at Casablanca Italia. A great experience, enhanced by friendly attentive staff and great tasting food, would definitely recommend. I shall be booking again when we are in Southampton again.

Beautiful intimate restaurant with very friendly staff, The food was lovely. Lots of choice but also cooked to perfection. My boyfriend had a steak and he said it was the best he has ever had....and hes a chef thats eaten many steaks. They also made me cocktails at my request. Had a wonderful evening and will definatlybe back.

Great food, generous portions, staff efficient and friendly, timely service. Good for couples and groups of friends. Good location easy to reach by public transport and parking only a short walk away.

Restaurant was empty. Service was rushed. Food acceptable for set menu. Won't rush back as no atmosphere. No other diners whilst we were there. Average.

My wife and I had two wonderful meals at Casa Italia over the Easter weekend. The accompanying sauces were particularly tasty and the deserts were exceptional and the waitress service was particularly attentive to detail and very friendly. I would strongly recommend this to be a wonderful restaurant to anyone visiting Birmingham, looking for a good meal very reasonably priced.

Dined yesterday as part of a party of 13. Very cosy seated at the back of the downstairs area but plenty of room. Took a while for the waitress to come and take our food orders but to be fair they were full with a large party in the upstairs room as well. Food was tasty and well cooked. I had the tagliatelle carbonara with bacon and the sauce was lovely. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent service as usual. Food was delicious but because it was a Monday evening and there were not many other diners the atmosphere was a subdued, but did not detract from a very nice evening.

First visit, definitely go back, nice friendly atmosohere, very good food, not enough meat in the spaghetti Bolognese for me but still very tasty, partner had a pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted

Really good authentic Italian food, never had a bad meal here. Atmosphere downstairs is intimate and wine list has a good selection. Overall I'd recommend it.

Italian restaurant expected Italian food and Italian staff, very poor experience as it was an Italian restaurant run by asians. Food was very very bland - no Italian herbs, the wine was disgusting. I would not be visiting again.

Excellent service. An excellent variety of dishes and plenty of options for the gluten-free diner, including a dessert. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and we will certainly be going again soon.

Place was busy, Saturday night, service was fine - not to slow - not too intrusive and the food was excellent. It's 10 minutes from home, what's not to like.

Food was poor. Calamari was obviously from a frozen packet - thick batter, tasteless and rubbery. Garlic bread wasn't home made, it appeared to be one of those shop bought pizza bases. Main of prawn risotto was bland and watery, rice didn't appear to be proper risotto rice and prawns were very chewy. I've had a stomach upset during the night, possibly the prawns? Overall, dissatisfied with the quality of food and wondering if the restaurant actually has a trained chef.

We had a lovely evening at Casa Italia. The food was really nice and portions were generous. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were very polite, courteous and left us to enjoy our meal. Will definitely be visiting again and will be recommending it to friends and family. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Super food served here. Reastaurant has lovely atmosphere. Have visited many times and have never had a bad meal. Staff are always polite and friendly. Well worth a visit.

Casa Italia is amazing. It was a Monday night and (long story) we had to be in Birmingham. We expected a quiet dinner on our own. This place is popular for good reason and we were not alone. There was a great atmosphere. A couple of parties and other couples all enjoying fantastic food and great service. Husband had calamari then pasta all good and tasty he said. I had minestrone (lovely) then probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. Crisp base, loads of prosciutto , delicious cheese. We had a bottle of the wine of the month. Very good. Reasonable prices too. We ate a la carte but looking on the website there are all sorts of special offers. Service was excellent. Friendly and pleasant and efficient. Cannot praise our evening highly enough. Just a shame we don't live near there!

Amazing steaks - the tastiest I've ever had. Very friendly and efficient service. Garlic bread starter is on a pizza base - delicious. Would recommend Casa Italia to everyone.

I have no complaints regarding the food but it was my husbands birthday & I dropped a cake round before , the young lady who greeted us was lovely & said we have got the round table downstairs which pleased us all. When we arrived she said she had made a mistake & we had to go upstairs. To be truthful upstairs needs a total refurb , very unwelcoming , to top it all our table was wobbly which was very annoying. . We were really looking forward to it , but it just lacked abit of Italian style .

Fantastic food, great menu & top quality service. Would recommend the the Filetto Funghi and my partner had Filetto Speciale. We will definitely returning to this restaurant.
