Great atmosphere and food. Wonderful staff and lunch for the next day! Always a great experience also super convenient for theatre and shopping. Will go again
Great food in a relaxing atmosphere. The degustation platter particularly tasty and of course fab marguerites. We booked but plenty of tables empty at 7pm. Recommended for a good Mexican meal.
It was good but I expected it to be more of a bar than restaurant, which was not explained on the website. Service was relatively good.
The food was very average.. no real taste.. not really good.. not a warm hosting very expensive regarding the quality. Not a good experience. W
Was here celebrating my birthday. Great food, great booze, and great service. Really nice atmosphere, and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a mexican meal!
Wonderful Mojitos, the passion fruit one is incredible, really tasty food and smooth friendly service. Highly recommended. We went at 3pm on a Saturday and there were only a few tables full but it's till a nice, energetic environment.
great service food mouth watering and well seasoned ;)thank you
Amazing Mexican food. We have been been there a few times. Service is quick, friendly and helpful. Atmosphere traditional Mexico. They have a variety of Tiquela which is great. Love the scorpion one. Highly recommend at least try one shot. Book in advance to avoid disappointment. The place gets very busy.
Went there on a Thursday night, delicious food, good service and great value for money in central London. Booking made easy with the online system.
It was a trifle noisy with the background (or rather foreground) music blaring. However, we very much liked the food and drink. The service was, however, very attentive and not obtrusive.
nice food - a bit dark in restaurant though. ok service. a bit overpriced but nice. menu bit confusing for people not having had Mexican before
Excellent food and service, we had a great evening, and will be back again in the future. The atmosphere is fun and the flavours authentic.
Lively atmosphere and really tasty Mexican food - worth a visit! Its our 3 or 4th time - we keep going back when we visit London.
Always a good experience here. All of the staff are friendly and courteous, the food is excellent as is the range of drinks. Lively atmosphere adds to the occasion. Great value for money
Food was delicious and kids enjoyed it too. We had tasty tortillas and salsa at the bar while waiting for our table. Bar staff and our waiter were excellent.
Great atmosphere, amazing food and margaritas! Highly recommend the main course with a selection of 4 different mains - my boyfriend had that and I had major food envy.
Great food and excellent service .. Excellent steak and chicken fajitas. Good value too. Bit dark and got a bit noisy but overall highly recommended.
Good service and nice food although with the high volume music it was difficult to hear when the waitress explained the menu and eventually we couldn't hear our conversation
Cafe Pacifico is a must if you are in London such lovely food, quick service and great staff nothing is a problem for them. Easy reach off Covent Garden, always a must for us.
The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were very friendly and efficient but by 8pm it got quite noisy, so for all the young people this would be great but not for the oldies like me!
Returned after 30 years to Cafe Pacifico bringing with me my 4 children. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food was excellent! The decor has not changed much!!
We had a great time at the cafe Pacifico, the service was brilliant, the food amazing, best Margarita ever! We'll definitely come again! Thank you very much.
Both me and my daughter had a fabulous time. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. It came out really quick and hot. We would highly recommend it to family and friends.
Food was very good. The staff was friendly and the service was good. There was a good Buzz around the place and I have been there a few times and it's always good.
Great place for Mexican food. Nice bar and staff really helpful. Quick service with reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend it for an evening out.
Friendly staff, good quality food. We went to try as a replacement now that La Perla has closed. While I prefer the ambience and atmospher of La Perla, Cafe Pacifico is not a bad second option.
Consistent since the early 90's. The best Tex Mex in the UK, great location, good food nice setup needs a bit of a review. Brings up memories
Excellent food and service. The quality of the food was much better than the usual tapas chains. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere.
Great service, food was excellent, staff were very attentive. Recommend a jug or two of margaritas and the fajitas. Good time was had by all.
Food was good and the service too. Bit of confusion regarding tipping as the tip is added on to the bill so easy to get duped into double tipping. Tables a bit too close together and very noisy.
Superb food & fantastic drinks, the place was mad busy but the staff were brilliant & we didn't wait long at all for anything. I highly recommend this place.
Haven't eaten such bad overpriced Mexican food in my life. Service poor, waiting staff seem uninterested This used to be good I will not return
The cocktails here are fantastic! They make an excellent mojito and gorgeous caipirinhas. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious- I ordered the Degustation Pacifico which was a sampler dish and I didn't want it to end. This is great authentic Mexican food, with a great atmosphere at a reasonable price.
Great location close to convent garden. Lovely atmosphere with great food and wonderful cocktail menu. The staff were really helpful providing a good knowledge of both food and drinks menu followed by good service
Solid Mexican food, decent service. Food was a little stodgy but about what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant and service acceptable on time
It was perfect , great food and drink for the right price .... So full now ... Looking forward to going back there sometime soon
Good good Good atmosphere Choice of drinks Great tasting dishes A bit closely placed tables with uncomfortable chairs but you r here to eat Desserts are yummy
The manager of cafe Pacifico was excellent , and the service we receivied was brilliant. The food for vegetarian was very good choice for vegetarian.
Amazing food, service, cocktails and atmosphere. My favourite restaurant in London.
A very pleasant experience with good service and excellent food. At lunchtime it was good to be able to converse with my friends as later in the day when it is more crowded it is often impossible to hear oneself think!
Really good enviroment, friendly staff, cheap price, good food also good coctails, real mexican feeeling, good latin music, easy to get there, near to the station
Fantastic! Really enjoyed! The pitcher of margarita we ordered was very weak but was still very good. Food was delivered quickly and was very hot. Great experience. Guacamole was awesome!!
Very expensive for rubbery tortillas and very little meat for the fajitas. Service okay and timely. Busy lively restaurant. The Margarittas are excellent as they always were.
Good food, closest thing to Mexican I can get. Service is always respectable. No problem with booking. Seated promptly. Staff friendly and responsive. Thank you
Great food - extremely poor service. The waiting staff were rude to us - we booked a table of 8 for 19:30 and they informed us they would need the table back for 21:30. When we arrived the table wasn't ready - which is not so much of a problem, we could wait. Following this and during the night, when we asked staff who were standing around talking near us to take a drinks order - they said 'just one minute please' and then ignored us. We asked for the dessert menus and again the waitress ignored us and delivered these when we grabbed her attention 10 minutes later. At 21:40 we had to grab her attention to take a dessert order because apparently the table was required back by 21:30??? Anyway, it was a shame as the food really is good there and reasonably priced for central London - don't expect the service to be the same.
This was the second time that we came to this restaurant and unfortunately it was a completely different experience this time round. We had to wait a long time before even our drinks order was taken. The menu/head chef has clearly changed since we were there 6 months ago as the portions had been dramatically reduced in size but still with the hefty price points. We had a Mojito served with just ice and rum, which we were shocked by considering its one of the more popular cocktails! To top it off 5 out of 6 of us were unwell shortly after the meal had finished.
Great night out, lively and value for money. Staff was friendly and food was good, although I missed the audible sizzle of the sizzling plate when it arrived.
I've been eating at this restaurant for 25 years when I visit London. This visit was very good, new items to try, especially the vegetarian enchiladas.
food v good, and so was the atmosphere. Service not exceptional but oh well...no one is perfect I guess. Good choice of music by the way :)
Authentic Mexican food but we thought it was very loud and busy. Great for a big boozy group function but not ideal for catching up with close friends or a date.
