It’s delicious, good service, great choices. Isn’t there cheapest but it’s worth it for the taste

Fantastic place to eat, especially if you like big and bold. Big portions eat 'em if you can, if not, you'll love what you manage just as much.

Fab food, always amazing brisket and pulled pork. The bbq pit beans are divine and have chunks of burnt ends in them. It can get quite busy in weekends so best to book

Food was excellent, wings, ribs and brisket cooked perfectly. Service was excellent as well and the music was an ideal volume. Will definitely be back.

Wow! what a wonderful place. Great food, service and value for money. I really love the choice of food adn I would highly recommend the Pretzel Chicken Burger it was amazing. Will definitely be back!!

What a feast. WOW. The food in here is tremendous. It is a struggle to finish but they are more than happy with you taking your leftovers home. The brisket was so tender. I have already booked to come again.

Great food and good set up. HUGE portions! Couldn’t finish despite best attempt. Def worth a try if you haven’t already been. Will be going back soon!

Excellent food as always. Food served prompt and tastes outstanding. Never ever had any problems anytime we have ate here. . Well apart from not having enough room in our stomachs! Only wish is they would do a similar menu for kids but just smaller portions. They do a kids menu but my kids love the adult menu. .ie; chicken wings & nachos, but can never dent the surface. Ended up costing me a small fortune with alot of waste. Kids hate the same things on offerat restaurants. . . Be diffrent and bend the rules a tad. Thanks guys.

Amazing food, huge portions (we had the platters with two sides, more than enough food!) and amazingly well cooked. We were too full to look at desserts but the milkshakes looked fab too. Highly recommended!

The food was good, the food was reasonable priced the staff where friendly I’d recommend getting a plater over a burger better value for money

I loved the food, sadly sat in a seat which was freezing cold and when people walked past created a draft, but food was amazing

The food was delicious! I went for the combo of ribs and brisket with coleslaw, mac cheese and sweet potato fries. Everything along with the sauces was so good. More alcohol choices would be good though

Fairly small place, friendly staff and good food. Portions weren't huge, but perfectly adequate. Reasonable prices too. Good central location for the old town. Would recommend and will get back there soon.

We both ordered a starter each of the ribs and wings and it was amazing. Massive portions so no need for mains. Great music and atmosphere. Great value and we will be back soon 😀

My second time in the restaurant, staff always lovely and helpful. First visit was with 15 staff for our Christmas night out. This time with OH - he loves a good burger joint! Food was great both times - Good burgers, good shakes, good fries :0P

Excellent bbq food, big portions,friendly service in a great central location. The ribs and brisket were so tender and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great American food ... the pit master tray is one to definitely select though the rest of the menu also looks fab..delicious and will definitely go back there again.

Fantastic food big portions. Great service from the girls. The restaurant itself tho is quite small and a little bit cramped. Tables are very close together.

BubbqQ is just fantastic, the food is absolutely amazing as is the service. The staff really couldn’t do enough to help, particularly with the kids. A real hidden gem on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile!!

Love this place,friendly staff quick service fab food. Went for the pitmaster platter this visit,good for when you can't choose what you want,it has a little bit of everything on it,still not managed to have pud yet too stuffed. Plenty more visits to go!!

Lovely fresh food, large portions , staff could have been a bit more attentive. Milkshakes were not up to much very thin and like drinking flavoured milk.

Looks small but its surprisingly large. Lovely staff and the rustic deco is great, really feels like you are at a BBQ. Kitchen roll instead of napkins and quirky tableware is brill. Great tasting food and good value, we will be back soon.

A hidden gem - with giant portions! Quirky little eatery with great staff, great food and a nice friendly atmosphere. 4 of us ate and we had a variety of starters and mains - every one of them was tasty and a very good sized portion. First time we’ve been but we’ll definitely be back.

The quality of the food was excellent and comparable with the best BBQ restaurants in the USA. The beef brisket was very tender and delicious.

Wow! Eaten out in Edinburgh for 20+ years and can’t believe this beauty has not been on the radar. Lots of choice ok the menu for meat lovers. Slow cooked pulled pork with sides were top notch. Service was friendly and diligent. Defo go again with friends for a casual dining experience with guaranteed good food.

Amazing would defo recommend !! Although the inferno hot wings were no match! The rest of the food was fantastic and the service was great too
