We’ve always had great food and service . Never a complaint and today was no different , charming staff and food was spot on . Thankyou 😀😀😀😀😀
We loved the food, the Belgium beers and the staff were very friendly . Great place.
Food, as usual, was fab. Great service!! I always go for the moules-frites and it never disappoints
Really nice Mothers Day at Brouge Twickenham. Staff very helpful, food great. See you all again soon...and thanks.
Excellent meal for mothers day dessert was exceptional Apple crumble
We went for Sunday dinner on mothers day and they had run out of Sunday roast by 4.30. limited apology. Exceptionally disappointed
We really liked the risotto sand the burgers, coffee was superb as well, we will definitely come back!
Good night, good service, good beer and a nice menu
Nice restaurant, food was nice and service was very pleasant
Lovely restaurant with nice menu and very pleasant members of staff
always great, delicious food, wide selection of beers and awesome deserts
Great Food, great staff but waited a long time for food.
I have visited this restaurant many times and it never fails. Polite experienced staff and lovely food. Would definitely recommend this place anytime for celebrations or just a meal out.
We were a group of 10 and we were looked after really well and they tolerated our fun in a positive and humourous way. Thanks
Always good food at Bruges. The steak, beef stew and burgers are just perfect! Very easy booking online and on short notice! One of the best places to go to around Twickenham!
Service was good, I would have giving it a six, but they ran out of my favourite dish lamb 😩 Will definitely go back again..
It is a great place to eat and the staff are attentive. My issue (which is obviously a positive for the restaurant), is that it is perhaps too busy in there? Having to be squeezed into a small space where as you pass by the next table your bottom touches their table, doesn't give me a great feeling of personal space or a place where a private conversation can occur. The price of wine is also very high in comparison to other places. £18 is around the most basic price which I feel is a little too high for some who struggle financially but still would like to splash out every once in a while. Food was lovely and great portion size. Would I return, yes - but would love to not feel that I am sharing my time with those so close by, rather than with the person I have found time to be with on that night.
Very good food served professionally and cheerfully on a busy night. Apologies were offered for both the 20-minute wait for main courses and the slight delay in having the bill presented both of which were excusable. A minor point of presentation was that we would have preferred the hollandaise sauce on the side rather than smothering the meal.
Smiling and efficient service complemented a really delicious meal, excellent value for the quality of the food. The small dining areas give a quiet ambiance just right for unhurried conversation over dinner. We shall certainly return.
We had a lovely meal. It was also quite affordable and service was good. We thought the selection of beers was very good too! Would definitely return.
We were a party of 11 persons. The food was very good. Ths staff were attentive and helpful. We utilised the 25% discount voucher for January which was excellent value.
My first visit and I was impressed. Lovely atmosphere and very welcoming, attentive staff - imaginative menu. We all had the Flemish stew which was delicious (Very generous portions). Our experience was slightly marred by the presence of two ladies at a nearby table talking about work one of whom had an extremely loud and irritating voice - I realise though that there is little a restaurant can do in these circumstances. They did quieten down a bit when their food arrived!
Lovely restaurant in the conservatory of a nice pub. Good food selection besides a mussel speciality. Good friendly service and wide choice of beers and wines.
Was a very pleasant experience. Waiters were attentive & checked on us regularly. The portions were a good size & we all enjoyed our meal.
I am a big fan, booking was easy, food fab, and Rose who looked after us was great. One of my favourites and likely to stay that way . I have never had the same dish twice yet every choice was a good one.
Great New Years Eve, staff were very busy but helpful and friendly. Food and drinks were excellent and we had Fireworks and music as well.
Neither the food nor service equal to last year. Turkey was tasteless and served very late. Starter and puds ok but did not think the 12.5% service charge had been earned.
Food was great but it was cold in the restaurant. Staff were very good and friendly. We have been a few times and would go again
Really good thoroughly enjoyed the food it was lovely. All of us had different things but all enjoyed it - good size portions & good value for money !
The service was excellent the food was delicious the ambiance was great.who can ask for anything better.this is our third year of going and it just seems to get better would heartily recommend.
We having been going to Brouge for many years & it has either been great or really not good. However the last 3 times we have been it has been excellent. The menu has a really good choice of dishes to cater for all & the food - taste, portion & value for money is excellent. The service was attentive & very quick. Thoroughly good evening.
The menu has shrunk there isn't a lot to choose from anymore, the meals themselves have shrunk and are nearly twice the price. On the turkey dinner there was no stuffing, hardly any cranberry sauce and the biggest thing on the plate was the one Yorkshire pudding, there was that much noise you couldn't hear yourselves think. Being seated right next to the side door you froze every time someone went out for a cigarette when they could have used the back garden.
We went for our Christmas lunch as an office do - everyone really loved all the food and we were all very happy with our experience. I'd been a few times already, nobody else had been before, but all agreed they would like to go again.
As usual, the food was great - and the beer. We like this place so much we're back there for Christmas dinner. (Some more words to hit minimum!)
Excellent food and very friendly service.not cheap but you get what you pay for. would reccomend and would not hesitate to eat there again and sample other dishes.
This is the second time I have used Brouge when attending the rugby. The food, staff and atmosphere were very very good and we will definitely visit again in the future
Excellent service in a peaceful setting. We were made to feel very welcome and the range of food and drinks available was fantastic value for money.
Excellent atmosphere and food. Staff were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend it for a family meal or for friends celebrations. Great selection of beers too.
Excellent food and service. Good choice of interesting beers. Friendly staff and superb attention to detail from all team members. I highly recommend a visit. You will not be disappointed.
2 of party got stuck in rugby traffic but this was not a problem. 17 people in party and all our meals arrived together and not one complaint. We also did not have to order from set menu which was a bonus.
This booking for three, was made as part of a friend's birthday celebration. I can only say that we each had a fantastic meal, the portion size was terrific leaving us feeling well fed and happy. The service from start to finish was swift, professional, well executed and always with a smile. Thank you, looking forward to dining at Brogue again.
There is a good ambience in this restaurant. The waiter was excellent: welcoming, attentive and efficient. I had the salmom en croute and had no complaints. However my friend had the fish and chips and her meal was poor. The fish portion was meagre and not well cooked, the chips looked like oven chips and were definitely not up to standard. Her chocolate fondant dessert was served cold instead of warm.
Another fantastic meal was had with friends. Enjoyed the bar area before being seated and the informative staff on discussing a variety of gin. The waiting staff was fantastic where we perused the menu at our leisure taking more than 15 minutes to decide on our meals. A thoroughly enjoyable night.
As always a great meal and atmosphere and the staff are amazing xxx Lunch before going to the Rugby - Perfect location and the food is stunning xx
Only my second visit, but as before, delicious food and attentive and considerate service. Will be going again. My friend who joined me yesterday evening is a regular customer working his way through the menu.
Excellent meal.....as always at Brouge Twickenham. Served by Rosie who is charming. Thank you for good food and service. ...........will be back again soon. .. lovely
Friendly service, helpful and great food. Menu had a great selection and choice for all. Would definitely visit again and would say good value for money
The food was lovely, we had very attentive service from our waiter and the kids enjoyed their meals especially. The only reason I didn't give it 6 was because the children complained that the choice of puddings for children are always too small at all restaurants including Brouge.
Really nice place with good atmosphere. Had a lovely meal. Friendly and polite staff. Been here a few times and will definitely keep coming back.
The service and ambience was nice but the food was terrible. All of our dishes weren't good which was a shame. I had smoked salmon for starter which was tough and not fresh, my husband's prawn cocktail wasn't fresh either- seems very strange to serve seafood dishes that aren't fresh. We had roasts for mains and didn't eat much of them, which is pretty unheard of in our family! the potatoes were nearly raw, the lamb was tough as old boots and the Yorkshire puddings tasted like they'd been cooked in v old cooking oil- sadly not nice at all
