Lovely atmosphere and food was good enough. The drinks were better.
Had to use app to order but because we weren't sure how to do this waitress and staff did our ordering for us only because of the covid restrictions. But this didn't make it any harder staff were so helpful for was great had a good experience
Slowvto start with, then got slightly better. Table and chairs outside were very uncomfortable
We couldnt get a drink from bar staff we struggled with the app then you couldnt get drinks one hour after we sat down. We didnt want to wait the hour so left
Very friendly service and staff made the night enjoyable definitely visit more
A welcoming environment. They made sure we felt comfortable and adhered to all the social distancing measures. The food was amazing, service was great and value for money.
Fantastic food and amazing and friendly start. Defo will return
Amazing friendly staff. Great food and drinks. Cocktails are excellent
Great service and lovely food, social distancing adhered to and everything is super clean incl toilets. Would 100% recommend.
Fast service, great staff loved it would highly recommend it
Service was terrible, food was inedible, wine was awful. Total waste of money. Will never return.
From booking to on the evening staff were fantastic. Venue was lively and great atmosphere. We were a mixed group but everyone loved their night
Good food pleasantly served, really enjoyed our evening there. Great.
Very good guality, service and price. Certainly recommend to others.
Food was excellent apart frozen the (bread)?which was served with the olives. The two girls serving were very good and helpful 😊. The music was far too loud whilst eating and should be quieter until later. Also didn’t like being surrounded by people just drinking and not eating and being particularly rowdy. Would perhaps come back at lunchtime.
Amazing food and the staff were lovely, I definitely recommend
Lovely food and great atmosphere. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
Food was fantastic. Staff were informative and very friendly. Will definently go back.
There today with 2 friends ,really enjoyed everything food/ atmosphere /;staff ./ Prices .
Delicious food, staff attentive without being over the top, excellent value for money.
Very nice food in a lovely restaurant Would definitely recommend
Best thing was 2 waitresses, a Peruvian and a Lithuanian. Both pleasant and helpful. Had expected the ‘fazenda’ type service, rather than fixed menu/plated. Nonetheless food was good (altho’ beware the micro bread-balls: hard through). Down side was the condition of the place. Tired, tired, furnishings/decor: really needs freshening up.
Great Food Great Music. One of the Best in Glasgow
Staff were very friendly and the food was good. Enjoyed our dinner here and would visit again.
Please Please do not eat at this place. Food was absolutely disgusting. Couldnt wait to get home and brush my teeth and rinse my mouth. Put me off food for life!
First of all we were put at a table to watch the Celtic / St Johnstone game - don’t think so. This was 43rd anniversary treat . The starters were poor, I could not eat mine stuffed peppers, they were raw and the filling was just boiled rice, really watery with no taste. When I told the girl she quickly offered an alternative so fair play to her. The mains were ok, but the deserts , nice cold beers , great cocktails and excellent service did redeem itself. Would I return, sorry not to eat , maybe for a drink and I do not know where the wowcher got the £ 64 price from , Think it the first I have bought and there won’t be a 2nd ,defo not worth the money I paid disappointed customer.
Excellent service from lovely staff. Seats were manky though and table a bit wobbly. Food was average, nothing to complain about but nothing that I’d rave about either. Might return if there’s a good deal on.
Boteco do Brasil provides authentic food and great atmosphere. Our waitress was not a 100% sure what our voucher covered, but after checking it with the manager, it got cleared up. I had better feijoada at this place before, this time it did not cook long enough for the various flavours to get together. The other main dosh was brilliant. Starters and dessert were really good too. Great value for price!
I had a lovely meal here with my granddaughter. The atmosphere is very inviting and staff were delightful :)
Booked a wowcher deal, great tapas, desserts to die for and brilliant cocktails. Never disappoints
Paid for a set 3 course meal. The starter (no choice) was 5 olives between 2 people. Instead of following this with a main and dessert, we asked for a starter and main. This would cost another £4, even though starters and desserts cost the same. A rip-off. Avoid.
For the money it was ok. Service was spot on. Small portions but enough for us.
1st time dining at Botega and we really loved it 😃 Staff very knowledgeable and attentive The wine we chose to purchase was fantastic SASSEO 2017 now I need to find out where to purchase it lol Big Thumbs up from us 👍🏻
The fish platter for 2 was exceptional-nice smile on waitresses face and a good bit o live music-good vibe-will be back🤗
Fantastic food and lovely atmosphere. Love a caipirinha and theirs are all perfect
A 3 course feast was what our voucher promised us and this fell way short. We expected a starter main course and dessert. What we got was communal olives and tiny pieces of hard bread to share that was the " starter ". Then we were told many of the things on the main course were extra if we wanted them. The main courses arrived and we had mostly all gone for the chicken burger. It was minimalist. Good chicken burger nice brioche but with the chips came a solitary slice of tomato on the plate. No coleslaw or anything wet to go with. Dessert was better and was the highlight. We paid for our extra drinks and left. Oh and ladies you will not like the toilets several have no seat and most were not flushing properly. We will never return here. Ruined a good family gathering .
Lovely food, staff pleasant. Will deffo go again...toilets a bit grubby tho
Staff were pleasant and service good, but did not enjoy the food.
Food was amazing, staff were really friendly, would go again
Food wasn’t great menu limited and drinks (Cocktails) looked the part but tasted syrupy even cola which wasn’t coke
had reserved a table and had confirmation of it, on arrival there was no table reserved. Waited to get one but it was half a table we got, people sitting on the chairs. Staff didn’t seem very happy actually seemed annoyed/stressed. Understandable as the place is very busy but a bit of politeness or a smile would go a long way. Didn’t feel very welcome. It was intended for us to spend the entire night there we left after one drink.
Food and service were great but decor could be improved
Unfortunately, very average at best. Made of it what it was, but would not return 😢
Good atmosphere with live music, the serving staff was quick and hospitable.
Great place for food and service not pricey at all sport on TVs too
This place not only serves you AMAZING food, but great atmosphere too. Not to be missed, definitely a gem in the centre of Glasgow
Great staff, great food and drinks. Will be back again
