We arrived early at 7 and they gave us a great table and we had a very good dinner with good wine. 10 / 10

Good food and Quick service but they force you to pay 12,5% for tips! I never saw that in london

A very nice restaurant with nice straf and nice food

Easy to make a reservation. We arrived on time and were immediately seated and served quickly. My wife and I very much enjoyed our pasta dishes. Nice selection of wines. Very enjoyable!!!

Spaghetti Carbonara was dry with very little bacon, totally unlike that same dish pre-pandemic. The lasagne was also dry and tasteless. When told we didn’t enjoy our food, the restaurant did provide a discount.

Each time we visit London, we make certain to pencil in a visit Bon Gusto. It is a wonderful and cozy Italian restaurant nestled into a quieter part of Westminster. The staff is always friendly, prompt, and have made each visit memorable. And the food is just outstanding.

In London for 6 days. Have been to Bongusto twice and will probably go again tomorrow which is our last night here. Food is excellent and servers are as well. Great food, great servers and great atmosphere. Place is a little gem in Westminster.

Good service was promptly prepared and was quite good. Wine selection also was good which complimented the meal.

The staff was amazing even with our rambunctious children. I’d highly recommend this place to any family or a couple. Treat yourself to the tiramisu.

Waitress act as if she didn’t want to serve the table. Felt rush to put order in. Never ask what we wanted to drink prior to taking food order within minutes of sitting. Had to ask for water for the table and she brought over a warm bottle of water without ice for the glasses. Never checked on the table during the meal. Second waitress did check on the table. Took order for dessert and got the order wrong. Only served two ice cream bowls when three we requested. When dessert was finished had to wait over ten minutes for the check. Had to ask the waitress for the check. The wrong check was presented to table and a second waitress had to bring the correct check and take payment.

Very hospitable and accommodating when my reservation for 3 ended up being only 1 after a long flight to the UK. Appetizer of the day was perfect. The main course, spaghetti vongole, was average due to being overly dry. Service started out great and then waned as they became more focused on other tables.

The team were brilliant as nothing was too much for them, lovely food, great atmosphere and never felt rushed to leave our table. We recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants what we experienced.

The spaghetti dish was fairly bland, just some olive oil and garlic with some small clams..portion was very small and price way too high. The restaurant was very nice and the staff were great.

Lovely ambience and attentive servers. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours before Hamilton. A nice little walk to the theatre from the restaurant. The pizza diavola and spaghetti carbonara were delish. Definitely recommend!
