Lovely food, nice staff we had a really enjoyable evening

Very good and exceptionally helpful staff, highly recommend this restaurant.

Good meal. E We had 3 starters and 1 main. Not big eaters but all tasty food.

Really enjoyed our meal - fabulous food served leisurely which was great for our ladies ‘catch up’ meal. Consequently we were last in the restaurant but not hounded out - thank you for a great dining experience Bistro Saigon!

Food was, as ever, delicious - l discovered the noodle soup for the first time. The caramel chicken was as good as usual. Was pleasantly surprised by the rosemary ice cream- very much nicer than we expected. The service was very pleasant and efficient!

Wow. First time visit and we were not disappointed. We will be back

We received a lovely welcome into a wonderful atmosphere, were seated immediately and drinks were soon to follow. Both starters and mains arrived quickly, all the food was delicious and staff attentive and on the ball. Well done! Will certainly be returning for more!

Service was very slow and we waited an hour to get our starter and then a further 40 mins for our mains. However, the food was almost worth the wait and the waitress was lovely and apologetic for the delays.

Whilst the food was tasty, the three chili rated chili beef was nowhere near spicy enough. It should be covered with green bird eye chilis. It wasn’t very spicy at all so not what i expected. The five starter platter was delicious.

Food 10/10 service 6/10 bit more attention needed to customers

The last two visits seem to indicate that there is either a problem getting food out of the kitchen or a particular delay in providing GF food. I have been disappointed and although some aspects of the food are well cooked with fresh ingredients I can't helps thinking there is an aspect of the business struggling

The food was delicious when it finally arrived but it took an hour for the starters to arrive and a further 40 minutes for the main course. When the main course did arrive two dishes were brought out, then the waiter proceeded to tend another table before bringing rice and the remaining 4 meals. The waiter also constantly referred to a group of older ladies as 'guys' and individually as 'dear', not very professional or expected in Ilkley. No apology was offered for the delay and the waiter seemed surprise when we complained.

We are especially loved the sharing starter platter which made it so much easier to choose from a very appealing starter menu. The presentation and flavours were beautiful too. Main courses delicious although we were both beaten by the generous portions - not a problem when staff will pack the rest up to bring home. Busy and upbeat but you can still hear yourselves speaking. Can’t wsit for the next visit here

Love coming here for lunch, food tastes so fresh & light but satisfying. Not hurried either which is lovely.

Booked table for 7pm, by 7.30pm we were still waiting for our order to be taken. The restaurant was busy and not enough staff to cope. We left a 730pm as we felt the waiting time was unacceptable and we wondered when we would actually get our food! This was a birthday celebration so it ruined the night.

Fabulous food and great service. We couldn’t have asked for more.
