The quality and portion size seems to have gone slightly

We love to visit our local Indian restaurant for a sit-down meal or take-away. The food is delicious & the service is very good. The presentation of the food could be improved but overhaul we would recommend a visit

Food was great but not very welcoming. Just brought bill to table before we asked for it and don’t think I saw a smile from anyone all night

Food was ok but there was a lot of rowdy people at the restaurant at this time and spilt the amnosspher. 4 people at our table, only other complaint could not taste the garlic in the nan bread and the special fried rice was hard

We enjoyed our visit to the Basmati and we're looking forward to our next meal there.

The food is excellent, atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, staff are lovely but it was very busy on the Saturday evening so the service was a little bit slow.

I rated this restaurant a 6. The online booking was simple, the staff were extremely attentive and very friendly, the restaurant is clean, smart and had a lovely atmosphere, food was delicious and I will definitely be going again.

Food and service never disappoint, the only issue with my last visit was the repetitive bumping noise coming from upstairs, I’m assuming it was some sort of gym, think that needs to be addressed as a bit annoying, but lovely restaurant, lovely food, great service.

Fantastic Indian Restuarant! Best around Fareham / Locksheath, we will be back. Friendly Staff and great menu make it so worth visiting. The Restuarant has a lovely ambience.

As always, one of the best curries ever. The food is always freshly cooked and delivered to the table steaming hot. Easy parking, friendly service.
