Good food, arrived quickly, seats were not ideal. The staff were friendly and the menu was reasonably priced. They are happy for you take the food home if you can’t finish it

Liked the decor..food was good..I’m gluten free and found there was plenty of choice which is unusual!.. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food although it wasn’t busy when we booked.. My only complaint was no alcohol free/gluten free beer which I would have liked as I was driving.. Music was not good..rather dreary..but I guess if it was busy you wouldn’t notice it!..

Excellent food & a good atmosphere. We would definitely go back. There was a nice variety of flavours. Despite it being a busy day we didn't feel rushed to move on

The pizzas and sides never fail to disappoint- especially the Super Mario, it's awesome, as is the garlic bread. Nice relaxed atmosphere and service was quick for a Saturday night too.

Great place with good food. Staff helped accommodate us, when we wants to sit downstairs instead of upstairs. Overall a very good place with a decent ambiance.

Great food, friendly staff, no consistency at tills tho ... I didn't get any kind of order confirmation or a buzzy thing. We were sitting right in front of the counter tho and staff brought our food over. Won't stop us returning!!!

Good pizza. Cool décor. Helpful staff - we asked for one Nutella pizza to be divided in two for the two boys - no problem! The kids seemed to like it too.

Lovely food, but the restaurant itself was a bit tired and basic. Wasn’t expecting it to be semi self service and the stairs to the basement were a bit treacherous when having to carry food and drink up and down them.

Great pizza for both meat eaters and vegans in the centre of Leamington. Good prices, free sauces, friendly staff, and craft beer, we will definitely be back!

Thought that they served really tasty pizza at good prices. With a nice relaxed atmosphere, I really can't fault it. Very happy to help and made an extra pizza for us without being asked because there was a small hole in one of ours!

Great vegan pizza! Good vegan comfort food.... great value for money..... if we lived closer I'm sure we'd be regulars.... they do take away too which seemed popular as the kitchen was nice and busy!

Enjoyed the food and service. The only reason I marked it 5 instead of 6 was that the waiting time was quite long for a Thursday night (40 mins).

Best pizza in West Midlands. It doesn't need to shout Italian pizza as well as other restaurant chains which most of the cases are not really Italian and they do not know how to do a good pizza. It is my preferite for a family pizza evening.

Really looked after our party of 8 for a 7th birthday treat. Best pizza ever and the girls had a great time and at a fraction of what I would have spent catering at home.

Cool, comfortable and relaxed vibe. It's an order at the and collect at the counter place, which is very casual and not to everyone's taste. That said, as a place to enjoy great pizza with good friends and a nice selection of craft beers (Beavertown, Magic Rock, Thornbridge) you can't really get much better. Will definitely return. Also, a big plus point for me - they have vegan cheese for all pizzas!

First time visitors. Basement Browns has a different approach - make your selection, place your order/pay at the till and help yourself to cutlery, napkins etc., and when your portable table buzzer goes off you go back to collect your food. This eatery offers very informal dining (no frills), but does serve up some tasty food and provides excellent value for money too. Our only negative was that our order did seem to take longer than average before it was ready. Overall, good experience.

My daughter had a meal with 8 friends and the service and helpfulness of the staff was amazing. They couldn't have done more and were happy to deliver a birthday cake to the table. The meal itself was reasonably priced and they had more than enough. We will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff.

Great food, fast service! I came for lunch, mid-week. There were lots of spots for lunch. My husband was late but they didn't rush me while I waited for him. Ordered the Chorizo and half jalapeño poppers. They were so delicious, we decided to order some garlic bread too. Obsessed with the garlic bread! I am coming back!!

The place was lovely hippy. My friend and I ordered an individual pizza each with an additional portion of sweet patato fries. all very good. Liked the idea of mini pots of sauce. The drinks were cheap, too.

Good food but we're seated downstairs and had to come back up to carry a tray of drinks down the stairs and and then back up to order and then given a machine to tell us when to go back up to collect food bit faffing around for me although food was bought to us in the end

The booking was for my daughter and her friends to get together for her 15th. They had a fab time. They allowed them to keep table till closing. The prices are perfect for teens/students and great atmosphere! The food is also really good for the price! Highly recommend! Great place for a shopping pit stop too.

Overall a Basement Browns is very good place for families. My first impression when I walked in was not was not great but the place really grew on me. The range of pizzas was good and there was something for everyone. It is a great alternative to bigger pizza chains. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. The service involved ordering the food at the counter and collecting when ready. The staff were very helpful and made sure you got the most from your order. The restaurant was clean and spacious but the basement, where the main eating area is, could be lit better and was a little gloomy.
