Friendly and charming service in an authentic Tapas bar. The octopus and and garlic prawns were particularly good. Good selection of wine. It cost around £35pp for a large selection of tapas and plenty of wine.

So lovely，welcome，and delicious with so many food in a cheep price. I d Prefer giving 100 to it. And If someone wanna have a birthday celebration here，they will serve you candle，birthday song and free fruit with house wine.

Good food, relaxing surroundings, lovely attentive staff I will definitely be returning. Good value for money and the food was very tasty and authentic ...loved it.

Huge portions of food and a great choice of a la carte dishes which includes tapas. However the best is the service, the staff go above and beyond to look after you. I would recommended that they invest in a/c though as was rather hot!

Loved the food, loved Tony, loved the atmosphere. Make sure to try the ratatouille and ask for a shot of the delicious Spanish almond liqueur Avellana. We will be back!

Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Great tapas and I thoroughly recommend the sangria. We come here whenever we visit London. The complementary liqueur is an added bonus!

Great food, clean and an excellent service. This is our 5th time going that should speak for its self.The staff are very welcoming. Been to many restaurants but this still remains our number one.

The tapas dishes are varied and tasty, the atmosphere nice and relaxed, and the staff are really friendly. Try the Avellana to round the meal off. Recommended!

The don't accept walk in, I need to go outside and make a reservation, but very appreciate about the service , good tapas and not to expensive

The food was great, the staff lovely and the portion big. We were never rushed and i had a great birthday. I would recommend it to all.

We were brilliantly well looked after but a generous and hospitable waiter. He gave us sound advice about the number of dishes for Tapas to prevent us from ordering too many and spending too much. He reassured us that if the wine was not to our liking he'd change it. And we were given complimentary fruit and liquor at the end. The décor is old school. I'd change that. The food was solid without being spectacular, though the calamari rings were superb. It was great value for money and a wonderful experience. We'd definitely go back. And this time we might take the kids.

We went for tapas, which were dlelicious. The calamari some of the best I've had, so tender. Our waiter tony was fun and charming and the complementary limoncello a nice touch. Will be back!

Great food - wonderful service... Perfect tapas place - not too far from the station... Two people + sangria and tip worked out just under £70.

Large portions, and every dish just tasted fantastic. We shared 8 tapas dishes between 4 people which was a perfect amount. The home made sangria was the best I've ever tasted too! Will be going back very soon.

Outstanding food and service even though I happened to arrive at a slow time in the middle of the afternoon when many restaurants would have resented the interruption.

My friend and I found this place after searching for local tapas places after watching a movie in Streatham. This was an exceptional find. We were planning to attend again and who we'd bring with us before we'd even finished eating! Excellent customer service. Warm friendly staff. Beautiful ambience. EXCELLENT FOOD!

Cosy relaxed place with friendly staff. We were at little bit early this evening, but it was ok anyway. Ok food but we will rather go back som other time and try there own food - not New Years dinner. Quiet simple meny.

Bar 61 just became my new favourite restaurant! The tapas was the best I've had in London, and the staff were so friendly and fun, and made me feel really special on my birthday. It's a little gem and I'm so glad I've found it, will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic service with the friendliest staff I think i have ever met. Very sociable and the food- oh it was soooo good! Dont be fooled by the small tapas meals seriously it fed 6 people well enough with a veriety of dishes. Tapas not your cup of tea? Theres always main pasta courses and a lovely surprise if its your birthday on that day too! All in all a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Bar 61 to someone who wants to try something different for a change.

Love going to this restaurant, the food and the service are amazing. "Al" always makes you feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Really like the lovely touch with the fruit and liqueur at the end of your meal, on the house. One of my fave places to eat in Streatham

bar 61 is an Incredibly friendly restaurant, with excellent food and atmosphere. We have been coming here for eight years now and each time it is a delight.

The staff were very nice and attentive and the hospitality was great. We had a few tapas plates and everything was wonderful - very fresh and tasty.

My experience was fantastic!! We are a group of 10 people, and we like very much. The meal was really tasted an the atention was really good.

Superb service, food and general atmosphere! Could not be faulted and certainly the best tapas we've ever had - anywhere! The restaurant was quiet as it was mid-week, but I am confident that this standard would be maintained any day of the week.

A nice enough restaurant with nice decor, very good staff, a very good menu and plenty choice of drinks, but the food we ordered was underwhelming and our night suffered from uncomfortable seating. Still a good place to at least try for yourself.

Awesome place. Food was amazing with a great selection, the staff were friendly, personable, helpful and really made our night that much better. Honestly if you're in two minds - just try the place. We loved it and will be back again very soon.

Went here for a family meal. Staff very friendly, food was good value for money. Waiter even threw in some complimentary drinks and fresh fruit selection to compensate for a rather loud group on a near by table.

Lovely food and very friendly staff, they looked after us when my girlfriend became ill (through no fault of Bar61) and let us take the remaining food and wine away with us - we will definitely return
