A fabulous atmosphere with lovely staff who knew all about the food and the best food I've had in a long time! Need to book my next visit ASAP!

Great starters (summer rolls and crispy beef). Great Mains (curry was a bit bland but great taste and the rice noodle salad with pork patties was amazing!). Topped it off with a vanilla fused vodka with mango which was fantastic.

Excellent food, nothing fried (!) and very good service. The tofu with lemon grass was the only undistinguished item on the menu. Everything else was brilliant.

Whilst the food was of the usual high standard the service dipped below expectations. Ordered food took longer than it should have, my partner's starter arrived at least 15 mins after mine and then the mains came 2 mins later. A waiter dropped some plates and splashed sticky fish sauce over my partner's phone and sunglasses. The free glass of wine as an apology never arrived, not the most impressive birthday ever. On balance I will return as I like what they are doing and am willing to give them a second chance as it was busy.

the food was absolutely lovely, nice and cozy place, quite crowded of course, staff was smiley and kind and the food/value ratio is simply great. Recommended

Great food, great service! Very pleased with our experience at Banh Banh. We tried a few starters and a couple of mains to share and all were pretty delicious! The G&T is lovely as well.

Love The Ambience, love the food, Staff are great, The only fault i can say are there are two tables directly as you walk in the door on the right hand side, we had one of them and for a while had a constant stream of people coming in, normally it probably wouldn't matter, but it was a special occasion, so it was a bit distracting - The Price of popularity !, Next time we'll ask for another table in another area of the restaurant. Saying that we still had a great time !

Great quality food in a relaxed environment. Definitely worth travelling all the way to Peckham as so much better than most new places in trendier parts of London. Make the trip, you won't regret it!

Amazing food, quick and friendly staff. We had summer rolls and Pho and a bottle of Syrah. Some places you just know are going to be a favourite from the first visit.

Gorgeous flavoursome starters but bland vegetable curry main. Great atmosphere and service though, so will go back again though to try other mains and hopefully they'll be better.

The food was excellent and the service was excellent. Unfortunately a loud birthday 'party' made it difficult to hold a conversation with my dinner partner.

Gorgeous food and excellent service. Pancakes a little stodgy when cooler. Really enjoyed everything else, particularly the spring rolls. Good to see it busy and at the centre of Peckham's goo scene.

Bad service, felt like we were rushed out of the door at the end of the meal. Asked for a beer 3 times before it turned up, ended up getting charged for one more than we'd had and having to argue the point with the waitress.

Food great apart from the chicken wings which barely had any chicken on them. Apart from that, fresh tasty food. It's not that cheap given the size of the portions. Clientele a bit excruciating but understandable given it's Peckham..!

Tasty food and drink. Seamless service. Wish we had been informed earlier that we had used up our table slot before we could order puds! Oversight on very busy evening. Went to the Ivy House! Fun!

Good atmosphere and friendly staff but food was bland and disappointing and the service was terrible - our drinks didn't arrive until half way through the main course. We got an apology but really should have been offered the drinks for free. Won't go again.

It was Lovely food and a great atmosphere. My Only criticism would be that it was too hot, there seemed to be poor ventilation so the whole place steamed up!

This was a disappointing experience. Lovely friendly service but the food was bland and flavourless and you really had to hunt for the more expensive ingredients Ie. Hardly any prawn or chicken in the starter salad and the chicken had the unmistakeable taste of having been reheated.

Fresh and tasty Vietnamese food. Good wine too. I'd recommend the tofu spring rolls and the tofu main. The service was good too although they really wanted us to leave towards closing time. I suppose that's understandable.

Delicious, fresh Vietnamese food as it should be! Great service from the team, menu was small and selective, so we didn't have to spend an age trying to decide, there was a well selected wine list too.

Lovely staff and an unpretentious setting with a well-priced, pared down menu of traditional and more unusual Vietnamese dishes. The gin cocktail is excellent and the food fresh and balanced. A great addition to the neighbourhood.

The food was good but it took 40 mins for us to get to get our drinks and over an hour to get our food. I guess there are quite a few teething issues as it s still early days. I hope they can sort it out. I was hoping they would acknowledge the delay and offer some kind of gesture but unfortunately nothing, which was disappointing

above all a delightful family creating the friendliest atmosphere which puts everyone at ease from the moment of arrival..an utterly natural outgoing vibe..all the waiting staff are imbued with this ethos.. the food ranged from just perfect to delicious, several mouthsful were magically unimproveable.. and, unlike a number of neopeckhamite establishments, banh banh is astonishing VFM

Great service, very friendly. A small, but well thought out and original menu. I would recommend Banh Banh to anyone, and will be returning again in the near future.
