Delicious dinner for two, great value for money! I loved my Bahn knot pancakes. Dinner at Banh Banh was a great introduction to Vietnamese food

Lovely food - quite different to anything I've eaten at Viet places in London - we had the beef in betal leaves and the prawn pancakes, both excellent. Papaya salad ok but a bit bland, I'd recommend adding fresh chilli. Summer rolls delicious. Service good. Very good value. £100 for two including desert, a bottle of prosecco and a couple of cocktails!!

Really authentic cuisine, ambient atmosphere and a lovely family run business. Recommend the bun noodle salad and some sticky chicken wings to go along the side!

A nice fresh tasting vietnamese menu in a relaxed and friendly environment. A nice addition to Peckham but can get busy so it's worth booking.

We really enjoyed the food. The restaurant was busy but the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is lively and we look forward to another visit soon.

This was our 3rd visit here (this time with my parents) and we were still not disappointed. BahnBahn is a great local place with good food, good service and a good atmosphere. Some tables and the bar reserved for walk ins. If the place looks full go in and ask as there's a 'hidden' back room too. The food is just fab; light, fresh and filling for the senses and stomach as well as not being too heavy on the pocket. Try it. I doubt you will be disappointed (unless you want a grilled steak and s creamy pud in which case try the equally excellent pubs close by.

Delicious authentic Veitnamese food - fresh, fragrant flavours. The menus are short, everything is a delight so you can't go wrong. Brilliant wine list (also short, perfectly formed) and fantastic service. Will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous meal made with very fresh ingredients. It is very reasonably priced and the service was delightful - friendly, helpful and very welcoming. We'll be back!! Highly recommended.

Friendly service with nice starters (we had chicken wings & prawn summer rolls) and very good mains (we had beef stew and noodle salad). Definitely recommended and make sure you book in advanced on Fri or Sat evening as its popular...

A place with really lovely food, delicious cocktails (including non-alcoholic) and great service. I would very happily go back, and definitely will. A perfect neighbourhood restaurant.

Great staff & excellent vietnamese food. Always a fan of the short rib stew, but we tried a lot things (for me the menu has just the right amount of dishes) and all met with approval . Peckham is the place to be.....

Delicious food and really friendly, helpful staff. I am vegan, and there were a few good options, and the staff were willing to check ingredients to see if they were suitable. The restaurant itself is very nicely styled.

The place is small and pleasant, the service was a bit slow, but also the place was packed! The food was very good, a unic taste I could say. Definitely recommend and I will go back for sure!

Amazing food which is very reasonable in terms of price for the quality you receive. cocktail were delicious but slow to come out of the bar. friendly staff and a laid back vibe. It was really busy so book in advance

Food disappointing , not remotely spicy although we requested it spicy . The tofu Buddha curry was very dull and I did not enjoy my pork patties noodle salad , starters were better . Service however very friendly and good .

Great atmosphere, decor and waiting staff. Food was good and swift, barring some confusion over my partner's main as he ordered the spicy lemongrass tofu and chicken curry was brought out. The waitress was apologetic and quickly rectified it; the tofu was quite cold when it arrived but the flavours were good. Would definitely return.

The best Vietnamese food I've tasted anywhere. The tofu spring rolls are so good that we were tempted to order a second portion for dessert!

Nice place, nice staff and good but not overly distinct or exceptional food, bordering on a bit bland in places (summer rolls). But it's also not expensive so pretty good value overall.

I visited Banh Banh yesterday for the first time ... The food is delicious and the staff is lovely! I would definitely recommend it !

The small plates for starters are better than what was on offer for mains, we were less impressed with theses. The wine was well chosen, and we like liked the interior design and service.

Second visit just as good as the first. Guests were wowed by fresh, moreish flavours and textures. No wonder there are queues out of the door!

Wonderful food, everything is so good-it's hard to choose. Great drinks selection too, and I loved the pineapple margaritas! Super friendly staff...my third visit and I'm never disappointed.

The food was awesome, and the service was great. It was our first time at Banh Banh and we were made to feel very welcome and all the dishes were explained to us. After moving from Hackney to the local area a couple of years ago, I was missing my Vietnamese fix and so pleased to have a great restaurant locally. Will be going back.

I love this place!!! Really Tasty yummy authentic Vietnamese food, the prawn summer rolls and the sauce they come with is my fave! Affordable prices too! and run by a local family who started with recipes from their mum/grandma! And friendly staff, mine and my boyfriends favourite restraunt in Peckham, we always look forward to going there

Setting is conveniently near to Peckham rye station. The food was delicious. The service was really friendly and the ambience was relaxed and fun, with a good soundtrack too!

This place has such amazing food. The staff are lovely and the food is reasonably priced. Basically, you don't need to go all the way to Kingsland road for top notch Vietnamese food! Winner!

Great food. Wonderful staff, so friendly. We had the chicken wings and beef and betal leaves followed by the beef stew and noodle salad and all of it was awesome. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Really amazing food, great cocktails. We had various allergies/requirements (vegan /glutenfree/ fish) all catered for with no fuss. Would totally recommend and will defo come back!

Fabulous authentic and fresh Vietnamese food. The noodle salad with pork patties is a winner dish. Great service and atmosphere. Short but reasonable wine list. Tried the new on the menu chilli pineapple margarita - amazing - had a chilli salt rim! Will def be returning.

I can only say that during my evening here I had excellent food, great wine, exceptional cocktails this place has a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be visiting this one again.

Amazing food, quick and friendly staff. We had summer rolls and Pho and a bottle of Syrah. Some places you just know are going to be a favourite from the first visit.
