Food ,as always ,truly excellent but my guest was American who values crisp anticipatory service and we had to keep chasing !should be easy to fix,however,and the refurb looks smart !

We found the experience to be expensive and our table which was near the staff door was not pleasant. The food was ok but not special

Food was delicious and the set menu was excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff too. Our favourite eating place when we go to the Orange Tree theatre in Richmond.

Delicious italian food is served in this friendly restaurant next to the Orange Tree theatre in Richmond. They are used to providing food quickly for theatre goers.

First time at Bacco. We had the pre-theatre prix-fixe for £15. Really good food and very good value. Staff were delightful. Will definitely go back.

We received a wonderful service, excellent food and the atmosphere was lovely. We have various allergies and all of them were met without any problems. Look forward to going again.

By far one of the very best Italian restaurants in London! Freshly made pasta and bread plus handmade biscotti to dip in coffee or ice cold Limoncello. Alongside welcoming service, everything was perfect and I'm still remembering every bite of the pasta with black truffles served in a Parmesan cheese basket...

Amazing food and service. We would recommend to anyone! Lovely staff and atmosphere. Stefano, the owner always makes us feel welcome. I had a braised lamb shoulder which was very tasty as well as my girlfriends crab pasta. See you again soon!

Half the table's meals were good the other half were bad. A nice location and good service but overall it was disappointing and not good value for money.

It's always a pleasure to dine at Bacco - good food, charming service, and now an interesting new menu. We will of course return soon.

Excellent service and food. Very acommodating and welcoming, even though we were so busy chatting that the waiter had to come back three times to finally take our order. No pressure to finish our meal quickly and get out. A lovely evening. Thank you!!

Lovely atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff and management and most important of all beautiful food. Simple we'll presented and delicious. The house Chianti is a must.

Had the pre theatre menu which looked amazing value but was a little dissapointing compared to the normal menu. The red mullet was a very small portion and was cold and the pork was very dry. Vegetables are extra. However do have eaten here before and it was excellent. The house wine in the carafes are very good.

Good staff made us welcome and served us efficiently. Food a little disappointing, but nice atmosphere. Convenient location. Maybe should feature local parking on website?

An amazing experience, really and genuine Italian food. The head chef is knows his trade and the staff floor is kind and funny. I will come back for sure. Good value for money.

This is our favourite Restaurant in Richmond. Has to be the best Italian Restaurant in the Richmond upon Thames area. The food is always high quality ingredients , well prepared and served by friendly and professional staff. A joy for us and will be repeated many more times. highly Recommend!!

Good value for money. A bit rushed matter of fact service from some staff obviously used to diners using the deal but overall worth it - if you remember to order a meal that doesn't need sides and dont brother with coffee/tea otherwise you could be paying an extra £14

Great food, lovely ambience and good service. Individual, authentic Italian restaurant in heart of Richmond, just across the road from the train station, so easily accessible by train.

Over all the restaurant was disappointing considering the cost regardless of the fact that it was in Richmond. The staff did not greet us properly and offer to take our coats on arrival which is unusual. The steak was rather fatty in the middle to the extent that my wife had to cut it out and leave half of it. My daughters mash potato tasted watery.

Bacco is an excellent restaurant, fantastic food, relaxed atmosphere, extremely friendly and professional staff. As a company we have used Bacco time and time again. Recommended.

Booked last minute for Saturday lunch. Great food and great service in a friendly restaurant near to train station. Just perfect. Can't wait to go back soon.

Found the service a bit offhand and disinterested. Although it wasn't busy had problems getting waiting staff s attention. Food was ok but dining experience ruined by the service.

The food was pretty good but the seating was cramped and uncomfortable. There were plenty of other unreserved tables and I couldn't understand why my wife and I were crammed into tiny corner seats. I am over six feet tall and I couldn't find where to put my long legs. Hazel asked to go to Bacco for her special birthday treat and I was disappointed for her sake.

Excellent Saturday night dinner at Bacco, through from starters to pasta and calves liver mains and delicious deserts and cheese. Loved the atmosphere here too- intimate but buzzy. Will definitely be back.

The yellow fin tuna was excellent as was the sea food selection and we were able to sit outside in the sunshine, very friendly service too.

Terrific! We were coming from the Rugby and arrived 30 minutes early, but we were made welcome, had great service and lovely food. We would recommend Bacco to anyone!

This is one of the best restaurants in Richmond. It is our favourite. The staff are excellent the ambience is perfect and the food is always quality fayre prepared perfectly. It is classic Italian and never fails to leave us looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend a visit here and are sure that you like us will return to enjoy many more.

The food was fine, but service a little bit patchy. they ran out of rocket salad and made a substitute without asking us. Would still go back though.

A friend and I had the set lunch menu at Bacco and enjoyed it very much. There were some interesting starters available including stewed octopus. The food was all well cooked and seasoned and we ate outside in the terrace area as it was a beautiful day. The service was good and the coffee excellent.

The food was excellent and the owners were very attentive to all of our needs. I would definitely recommend Bacco to anyone looking for an excellent Italian meal. The chocolate fondant was excellent!

The place is narrow and small but nice Italian ambiance and accent. Food is good and adequately priced. Italian wine served in carafe is good and affordable. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. Overall a good place for an adequate dinner. I will rate it 6 or 7 out of 10

We had a very pleasant meal, using the pre-theatre menu, which is good value. Surprisingly, the restaurant was very empty, so obviously atmosphere was lacking, but we were early in the evening.

I enjoyed the food at this restaurant . Every course was delicious. The service and ambience was good too. I would highly recommend this restaurant as one of the best in Richmond.

We went midweek lunchtime, and even though it wasn't as busy as the evenings, it still had a good atmosphere, staff were great and very friendly, food was superb and a good time was had by all 😄
