We were a party of five. We had been here before, but several months ago, and we noticed a few improvements to the layout of the restaurant. We received a very friendly welcome upon arrival. The service was great and the staff accommodated our requests for a couple of things not on the menu. The food was plentiful and delicious and very good value. Highly recommended!

This hidden gem was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Superb food, wonderful ambience and lovely helpful staff. The portions are plentiful and freshly made to order. We will definitely be returning and can highly recommend Babtooma!

Really enjoyed our meal for 33 people. Food arrived quickly, it was delicious and the portions were very large! Would recommend :) The staff and space were very welcoming too

Tried this restaurant after reading excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. I had been searching for somewhere with a decent range of vegan food for my friend. It did not disappoint! The food which was all freshly prepared was amazing, plus generous portions. The staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant is nicely done. I liked that the kitchen is partially open plan so you can see the food being prepared. My favourites were the vine leaves and falafel. When the bill arrived I was stunned. Less than £25. We will definitely be returning.

Delicious food at a very reasonable price, with attentive but unobtrusive service. We had the mezze platter and lamb main courses and everything was great. The lemon and mint drink was also much appreciated by the driver. If you want alcohol it’s BYO - again, contributes to an excellent meal at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

Lovely place, gorgeous food, the service was excellent, really friendly and efficient. I went with two friends, I am vegan, 1 friend is veggie and one eats everything, we ordered mezze to share and it was great for all of us, really tasty and plentiful . Our waiter was lovely, he offered advice and recommendations, but not pushy at all. We felt so comfortable and didn’t feel rushed in any way. We all said that we are definitely going back, my new favourite place x

Friendly welcoming staff. Good service & great food. Limited in vegetarian main dishes. I had the Fateh which was flavoursome but the portion was too large. I think it would have benefited from being served with some vegetable skewers or salad. Would recommend this restaurant though & will go back.

Great food, I always really enjoy the food. First waiter didn’t seem to understand when we were asking whether or not there were nuts in the food though, this made us anxious until a second waiter came to check what we’d ask about

Food was absolutely gorgeous. Staff very friendly. Brought our own alcohol as it is not licensed. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu

Great food and a great experience, with a polite and quick service. An excellent choice of tasty dishes, the vegi kebab was delicious and the freshly made drinks are divine.

Every course was amazing and better than the last. Speedy and attentive service from the waiter who also helped advise on the best dishes to try as we'd never been before.

The service was great we were well looked after and we even got to try out food we weren’t sure about ordering. We got a complimentary lentil soup, lovely atmosphere and staff :)

What an excellent find, I'd heard about it from a friend and we weren't disappointed. Service was great, the recommendations were spot on, loved the lemon and mint to drink, so fresh. Going to a pre theatre favourite I can see...

The service was friendly and informative which was good. My family really enjoyed the food and drinks and we would definitely come back again. The deco and atmosphere was great but it was a Friday night and so by eight o'clock it was getting busy and the car park was full.

Excellent food and friendly service. Good value for money and you can take your own alcohol. We went on a Friday evening and it was very busy, which is a good sign. Seems family friendly too. Recommend the homemade mint lemonade which was perfectly refreshing. The only small criticism is that it got a bit chilly as the restaurant emptied out - wear a jumper or a jacket. Will definitely go again.

Lovely as ever. The lemon- mint drink is just amazing. Well worth the money. I’d suggest having after your meal. It was more enjoyable. Staff are very nice and the food is healthy and fresh. Nice atmosphere. The restaurant is nicely decorated.

Wonderful food , and great staff .We went for a pre theatre lunch msomjust had one course but will be back agin because the food coming out of the kitchen to the other diners looked amazing ! Loved the lemon and mint refresher reccommended by our waiter ....DIVINE 💕

Had a 6 person table booked and was seated half an hour early no problem. Absolutely gorgeous food and great portion sizes. Atmosphere great and staff friendly and super! Will definitely come back again.

Had a lovely evening - the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. ...I didn't take into consideration that the restaurant may be alcohol free, so that was a small surprise. However, it wasn't something that I missed in the slightest. I'll definitely go again :)

Lovely food in relaxed surroundings. No alcohol license but happy for you to bring your own. Eaten here a few times and everything we’ve ordered has been yummy.

We have a new favourite restaurant! Great value, amazing flavours, attentive and informative service without being intrusive. It is most unusual for us to leave anything which we did and even more usual not to have dessert! Totally stuffed! I was looking forward to Baklava with pistachio ice-cream maybe next time? Not licensed but happy for you to bring your own. Negatives:Was a little warm air conditioning not on? carpet could have done with a vac and parking charges in the car park next door not clear for more than 2 hours. Overall very impressed and already planning to re-vist with family for a birthday celebration

Service was very slow. I think we were there for almost 2 and a half hours. The food was warm and not hot. The food was delicious though. The service let it down though. My friend found hair in the vine leaves which put us off for the starters.

Delicious food, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. We went before a visit to the Alhambra and it was a great start to the evening. My mum is a coeliac and they catered for her requirements very well. Already booked again to come with friends.

Although the restaurant was fully booked the service was excellent as usual This time we tried pistachio ice cream as a dessert and it was yummy

Had a great meal last night for my birthday. The food was amazing, staff were lovely and we loved the look of the restaurant, especially the light bulbs.

A great meal for four of us. Quality and quantity were excellent. It was very reasonably priced and very good friendly and helpful service. Will certainly be back again.

Little gem in the back streets of Bradford food was amazing we got the deal for 2 people for £25 complementary soup and water, loads of meat and it was so tasty. Restraunt was really clean and authentically decorated. Just a lovely little meal out will definitely go back. One thing was the music was slightly repetitive but didn’t ruin our evening

Amazing evening. Food was fantastic, service was super attentive. Salads were really fresh. Chicken wings weee a standout item, just amazing: really crispy and charcoaled but soft and juicy/moist on the inside. The minced lamb kebab skewers were so soft: I think the softest and juiciest I have ever tasted. Looking forward to the next time which will likely be in a week or two!!

Really lovely surroundings. Visited over the sunny bank holiday with friends before a theatre show. We were given a lovely complimentary lentil soup at the start. The food was grilled to perfection, and tasted fresh and flavoursome! The lemonade with mint was also amazing and refreshing ! Definitely recommend this place and I'll surely be visiting again!

Nice place, friendly service and great décor. We were offered free soup on arrival and free mint tea at the end - nice touch. Food arrived quickly and was generally good - some of the grilled meat was a little overcooked but know better for next time! Would go again and stick to picking something off the Chef's Special range

Fab food.Service good .nice to try a cuisine somewhat different to the norm.Be advised no alcohol license but you can take your own.Personally I think as with most food it goes better with local beverages.

We love the food here and once again we were not disappointed on a recent visit. Hot potatoes, Fatteh, Mujaddarah, and Garlic dip were all wonderful. The service is friendly and efficient. We will be back next time we are in Bradford.

Delicious food, large portions, friendly staff and not expensive. What more could you want! I've been to Bab Tooma before and will go again. Love this restaurant.

Lovely restaurant, great food and friendly staff. We had The Feast which is fantastic value, this restaurant is a hidden gem I would definitely recommend.

This time, the food was tasty as usual. Tabboulah is great. My son loved the kids meal. Food came at a reasonable time although the place was almost full.

Excellent food, really friendly service and very reasonable prices. The menu had a great selection of mezze, both hot and cold and they were delicious. We followed up with a delicious lamb kebab. Portion sizes were generous and the prices really reasonable. I will be going back.

The experience was excellent. Lovely surroundings . Food excellent very tasty . Staff are very friendly and can't do enough for there customers . I will be visiting in the not so distant future .

Fantastic food, great service, will definitely be returning. A very nice choice on the menu, it took a while to whittle the choice down. Highly recommended.

Our second visit in a month and the food and drinks were just as good as the first time. The people who work there are lovely but the service was really slow on this occasion. It won't stop us from going back though.

Every thing we ordered was delicious. Only criticism- and this is being picky - was that we were not advised we were ordering too much!

Great food and the staff could not be more helpful. This was our 3rd visit and it keeps on getting better. We will definitely be back within the next two weeks.
