The food was good I recommend the croquetas and pulpo a la gallega, they have a relaxed environment, and nice friendly staff. Definitely recommend to visit Amantia

Good food, good service, easy to get to, sangria not that alcoholic and expensive. Felt a bit rushed despite wanting to have lazy lunch and the restaurant not being busy.

Great tapas and food. There was plenty of options for vegetarians. The cocktails were lovely. The service was great-an allergy list was provided when we asked questions

The food is lovely but please don't do what we did and fall for the litre of sangria trick you get half a litre of ice for £16.50! So shame because it's spoilt what was a lovely meal.

Lovely Spanish tapas restaurant with friendly staff and an extensive wine menu. Also check out their monthly flamenco nights for something a little bit different.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely tapas meal. The recommendation of meals suggested on the menu was accurate. The service was efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for making it a special time. I would definitely recommend it and would love to go again if in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our choice of tapas and sherry to start. Our main course of paella was perfectly cooked. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We frequently visit Birmingham and look forward to our next visit to Amantia.

Fantastic food, good service and a lovely atmosphere. Our waiter recognised that we were each ordering a number of dishes and ensured that something from each of our choices came with each round of tapas. Highly recommended.

Was ok. Spanish tapas should be slightly cheaper in my opinion, but with the 2 for 1 offer they are reasonable. Monday morning was very quiet.

Great choice of dishes on the tapas menu, including the vegetarian section (most of our group were veggie), and good to see some more unusual wines on the list. I was also able to practise my (still faltering) Spanish. I like it here :)

Lovely food, would prefer the pork belly a bit crispy and the steak ask how we would like it cooked but apart from that everything was perfect including the wine

What an amazing restaurant! We were lucky enough to be able to eat downstairs in the private room and watch the Flamenco dancing. Oh my word! Absolutely fantastic! Never seen anything so mesmerising before, truly wonderful. A valentines special set tapas menu with incredible choices and our selections were delicious. The wine was to die for and the service was fabulous! That’s probably enough superlatives but I really enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be back. Ole!

A relaxed and enjoyable mid week lunch in this authentic tapas in the centre of Birmingham. Whilst the range of tapas was quite limited the staff were attentive and all Spanish speaking.

I didn't like the food at all, I had octopus for my starter it was rubbery and prawns which had too much chilli, in it and had no flavour. For my main I had black rice paella with weird worm squid in it. That tasted so horrible, the only thing I liked was the wine. Although the service was good.
