Very popular on Saturday night, but staff very helpful and attentive, whilst not pushy. Quality of food and choice good. Lamb Bhuna main very tasty, and chicken tikka masala had an unexpected level of spiciness. Portions good. Have been before and will go again.

As always fantastic food, very helpful and charming staff. There is a fantastic atmosphere of authenticity of Indian cuisine. Good value for money and something to suit everyone

We usually love the food at Aamchi and have been going there for years. This time we didn't have such a great experience. The chaat platter, Malai Kofta and Butter chicken which we usually order didn't particularly hit the mark. Disappointing ,really. We even enquired if the food was prepared by a new chef!!

Incredible all round. Service was excellent. Staff incredibly friendly. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend you give it a try. We'll definitely be back soon.

Our first time at this restaurant and were not disappointed at all. The food was beautiful and the service was excellent. My partner asked for a drink that was not on the menu and they went above and beyond to accomodate him. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely night, we will be back

The food was excellent and a little different, we esp enjoyed the fish start and the chicken and spinach main course. The only slight negative was that our table was by the door to the atrium so got a bit cold, we will know not to sit there again!

Ambience, staff friendliness with a willingness to accommodate the customers needs and really good food. It was our first choice when deciding to eat out on New Year's Eve.

Great restaurant. Staff welcoming on arrival and very friendly throughout the meal. It was e ident when ordering the food we hadn't been before, the menu was explained to us and all questions answered. The food was served promptly and was of a high standard. We all had different curries, lamb, chicken and vegetarian, and they were all enjoyable, the lamb just melted in your mouth. The only reason didn't score a six was the plates were cold, therefore the food lost its heat quite quickly. Certainly will be on my list to go back in the very near future.

Service very personal and authentic. Very careful and catered fantastically to a vegan diet. Every element of the meal was stunning especially the masala rice and the mushroom sweetcorn sabji. I have definitely found my favourite Indian food place to eat in and takeaway from, taken a while. Worth the wait 👍🏼👍🏼

This is just the best Indian restaurant ever.Never had a bad meal,consistently fabulous food.Lovely staff and they listen to their customers!Menu changes and there are specials,just brilliant.

First time at this restaurant and it was brilliant. All of the food was delicious, the service was just lovey and prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Great food and hospitality. Pleasant atmosphere, music and decorations. The staff are pleasant and promote their slogan well for spreading happiness. I would definately recommond.

Great place. 4th visit always a good standard. Would recommend. Big fan of chicken lollipops and the street food starters. They also offer to tailor curries based on taste, I like a spicy one.

Great food, great service. Only down side was that we got cold when the 'tent' door was opened. Either heat the tent to the same temperature as the restaurant, or keep the tent door shut and there won't be a problem.

Always great service with a smile and fab food. Love the new menu which has retained the old favourites as well as introducing new delicious ones.

Once again a fantastic meal at Aachai Mumbai, the food and service were excellent. The food is always the same high quality every time we visit, something that unfortunately we done see much of nowerdays. WELL DONE !

Fantastic attentive staff and amazing food. The night was exceptionally busy for a Tuesday but the staff handled it well, we were never left waiting for service and the food was up to it’s usual high standards.

Excellent all round. Service was fantastic, good selection of beers and cocktails and delicious food. Poppadum starters were excellent and served with lots of dips.

Can't fault the food, and lovely staff! Been a few times now and it definitely won't be our last. If only I could cook those dishes!!

Excellent food original but smallish menu so everything is well done. Specials also unusual and good.. Friendly service. Weekday evening so relaxed and unhurried atmosphere. Best Indian in Manchester! Recommended.

Lovely ambience, warm welcome and fantastic food. Nice size portions, by which I mean not overfacing but enough, and beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend. Parking being available is a bonus.

The staff were great, and the food tasted good, but my main course wasn't very warm at all. Some unusual dishes on the menu, though, and the veggie choice is better than average. A bit of a mixed experience. unfortunately .

Superb food. Great service, fabulous welcome. Sensible prices. Possibly our best Indian ever and we have had quite a few!! Very clean, fresh taste to everything. Spicy but not too hot to obscure the fabulous flavours. Wish we lived locally, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

This rest't orders your food on an I pad. It seems this visits food had a glitch with the ordering and it was picked up on. But even with that we had our food within 20 mins😍 you will otherwise rarely be served after 10 to 15 mins after order taken and food is brilliant every visit so far👍 I can't really niggle as I love it here but my only niggle would be the owners can spend a lot of time chatting with their backs to the customers at busy times🤔

Vegetarian food choice was limited and the standard of the items ordered were not particularly high. The style of cooking did not appear to meet authentic Indian cooking, in my view - probably sufficient to cater for the Western customers, who may not have ever tasted home-cooked food. Overall, a disappointing experience, despite a high recommendation.

We were two couples who had a super dinner tonight. We had two sharing platters for starters - beautifully presented and with delightful tastes. We followed with four different dishes made from mild to spicey. Three deserts and a coffee to finish. Excellent service and good help whilst choosing our dishes. Everything was to a high standard. We have been before and will certainly keep visiting.

Excellent different to your usual curry house , service superb owner so friendly and attentive and reasonable price. Recommend seat inside , outside can be a little drafty if it's cool outside

I came here with a few friends to celebrate my birthday. The service was excellent, really attentive and friendly. I've been to Aamchi Mumbai a few times before and the food has been tasty, fresh and delicious, this time was no exception! We all had a lovely evening and enjoyed our flavourful food. Great to see such a good range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, and some unique offerings you don't always see at other restaurants.

Some of the food was very hot (spicy hot) and we weren't offered any information on the hotness of dishes. A starter was recommended which was very disappointing, a sharing plate of vegetarian puris. I had visited previously and had a nice meal and decided to take a couple of friends, they had meat dishes (these are the ones that were very hot). I had a paneer dish which was fine. Overall it was a little disappointing.

In one word-outstanding. Sunny is an excellent host and always makes us comfortable. Met the owner tonight who is an absolute Gentleman. Love this restaurant.

good food, staff really helpful and welcoming. the tandor meats were tender and tasty and the veg menu also very tempting. i recomend this family friendy eatery.

We love this place but circumstances meant we hadn't been for a couple of months. It was so lovely to be welcomed by name despite our absence. The food was as excellent as ever - we say that it 'rings round your mouth'. Service was perfect, as always. Feels like we're with good friends. Thank you for helping to celebrate my husband's birthday. Very much appreciated. We will be back soon.
