First time here but very roomy comfortable and a happy smiling waitress. The food was excellent starters chicken livers yum yum. Main kleftiko superb. Dessert ice cream sublime . Wine fabulous Malbec from mendoza. This will now be my go to restaurant. Couldn’t fault it.

Love this place. The food is great, the owner and staff are lovely and the prices are great. Cant recommend it enough.

As always we much enjoyed the meal. If there were a downside it would be that the music volume was rather higher than we would have wished, making conversation less easy.

Hi We have been to Aroma a couple of times for Sunday lunch so thought we would try an evening meal. The food and service were as usual excellent. There was a rather noisy birthday party but it didn’t spoil our evening out. Would definitely go again. Excellent!

Went for breakfast with my daughter and parents we all enjoyed our breakfast very much we will be back very soon.

Great service but food disappointing. Calmari were rubbery and Pork Belly was chewy, lacking the crunchy crackling I was expecting.

The lovely ambiance gave us the opportunity to entertain very special friends on a special day for us. It would have been the birthday of my late husband. He is buried in Ticehurst churchyard. Your hospitality was gracious and we all enjoyed enormously the beautiful dishes that were prepared for us. A memorable experience which we had travelled a long way to enjoy. Thank you, top marks!

We had an early dinner here to were the first to arrive so it was a little quiet for the first half an hour but once more people arrived it had a more pleasant atmosphere. Food was great, really loved the pasta dish choices. Very friendly team and glad we chose it.

Food was very tasty but we had to wait 2hours from start to Main. We would definitely visit again due to standard of food.

We had eaten here before and had a really good experience The outside could barely be any more different to the inside. Tucked away behind the car wash you'd maybe expect a diner style but inside is a beautifully decorated restaurant with a warm welcome. The menu is quite extensive and with fair prices in my consideration. Food arrived quickly, was excellent quality and very tasty. Having booked I was slightly disappointed we had an inner table and not window table as it seemed a little gloomy but I didn't ask to move so cannot blame the venue for this.

Had a great meal, variety of menu was very good and the chicken and sea bass that we had were exceptional. Staff were friendly and attentive. My only criticism would be that it was a little chilly. Will definitely be going again soon.

Best of our local restaurants -always good food well prepared - excellent seafood dishes.

Noise levels were a little higher than usual as there was a Birthday Party in the restaurant and some of the children were, loud and constantly screaming none of the parents were controlling them when they should have been.

My wife and I enjoyed a delightful lunch on a quiet November Saturday. The interior belies the unprepossessing exterior. It is modern, opulent and comfortable. The welcome and hospitality from owners Leda (front of house) and husband Erman (chef) were fantastic. The menu is very wide, encompassing mostly Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The food was tasty, in generous portions and nicely presented. My calves liver was melt in the mouth and my wife really enjoyed her duck breast in orange sauce. But for us the visit was made by our conversation with this charming couple - not something all diners could expect at busy times, of course! We are determined to return as soon as possible with our family!

Great place - Euro/Med food, inc Pizzas, great Chef & front of house staff. Highly recommended. [Does breakfast too, so after dinner we returned the following day for b'fast!!]

I have been to this restaurant in its many incarnations but Aroma is by far the best - the food is great and it is a very comfortable restaurant. Staff excellent.

Group of 6, we went for Sunday lunch. Really lovely dinner, only mark down was beef was a wee bit tough (I had turkey which lovely). Great value for money, very friendly staff. When people tell you how nice this place is believe them! Well worth a visit x
