Had a very long wait of 45 minutes for our food. Tasted nice when it finally arrived. 25 words not necessary for a review as I’ve said all I want to.

Food was warm lovely abd service was fast for Easter Sunday. Price was very good. Selection of food on menu was ample. Will be back.

Okay food and average service. A bit pricey for what you get. Very busy and noisy. A lovely location and view. I will go somewhere else next time.

Food was average and portions werent great. Would rather have 2 courses and better quality and pay the same. Asked for apple crumble and custard...and they had run out of custard. Also no fudge cake and it only 7.30...no cheese cake option which cheesed me off !!

We were there waiting for 2 1/2 hours befor getting our dinner very disappointed ordered lamb shank wirh bubble and squck got lamb shank with potatoes and onions

My wife and I enjoyed a great evening to ourselves at 55 Degrees North. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Food was excellent and very good value especially when choosing from the early bird menu. We recently paid twice the price for a similar meal in Belfast which wouldn't have been any better with poorer service. We shall be back

Great spot. Excellent food and well priced. Staff a little slow at taking orders but food cooked and served quickly. Will definately be back again.

Starters were pretty average. Mains just above average. Good service and attentive staff though. Maybe a tad overproced for the area given what is available nearby

Great food and atmosphere. Amazing views too. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the table we had booked and there isn’t really anywhere to wait apart from at the bar. Otherwise all good

Your Waitresses should have there hair all tied up and look tidy, my starter the lettuce had bad bit in it yous would need to check careful

Location of 55 north is wonderful and interior great also. However the food was disappointing. Having been to 55 previously was glad to see the deal of getting 3 course meal for cost of your main is available.. However, the starter was a very small portion (two tiny pieces of brie) and the 55 burger was very poor with the chips on the side also of poor quality. I also noted that a lot of the starters and desserts now have a £1 supplement added so it is not really as good a deal as it once was. Came away thinking just an ok meal but disappointed at the obvious attempts to both save money in the quantity and quality of the food and the additional supplement charges. Unlikely to return.

Very nice lunch. Nothing to complain about particularly but we had requested a window table and were reasonably close to the big window but because we were a table for two we were slightly out of the way in the corner.

Not asked for drinks order until main course. Small starter of Brie. 2 bitsize pieces. Sea Bass was frozen and lacked taste. Apple cumble was undercooked. Overall a very poor dining experience.

Cramped seats, couldn’t turn a sweet in your mouth. 6 of us were at a table like a tin of sardines. Food was good though.

Good food but took a while to get our mains. The restaurant was cold to start with but thankfully they put the heating on later in our meal when we asked a member of staff.

We had a lovely meal although part of our order did not come even though we asked for it twice. Friendly staff and enjoyable evening

Excellent food as always but I always feel the service could be a bit quicker. Saying that the staff where very attentive and polite. Would recommend.

staff and service were good, very attentive and welcoming however Food was of a very poor quality - ordered brie, was met with 2 of the smallest balls on the plate and a poor presentation of salad leaves, battered cod and chips for main - fish was immensely soggy and dessert - apple crumble was presented as broken pieces of what looked like left overs of crumble made with tinned apples in a sea of watery crumble.

Love this restaurant food and service excellent and brilliant view. Staff are very friendly and efficient. I Have recommended this restaurant to lots of people .

Delicious food, the salt & chilli chicken noodles where devine, the staff were all very friendly & the beautiful views just topped of a perfect evening!

Not good service quality of food poor. A lady beside me had sent her food back her husband had finish his meal by the time she got hers back still wasn't happy would think twice about going again, through at the time better just getting a chippy

Great value for money and very fast service. Beautiful scenery to look out at whilst enjoying your meal and dessert. Also had offer available on cocktails which was excellent! Definitely be back!

Delicious food, big portions, friendly service and lovely ambiance. Was pretty busy on a bitterly cold winter’s evening. I would definitely recommend and will return again soon.

From we walked in we where made welcome. Staff where very friendly and very good at their job as we didn’t not have to wait long before someone came over to take our order. £15 for 3 courses was absolutely amazing value for what you got! Food was first class! Definitely be back on next visit to North Coast

Great but suffered from a little loss of quality presumably because it was so busy. For example, lamb was not cooked a well as usual, ice-cream missing off dessert, not Sunday spoon for bottom of dish, and quite some time for plates to be collected and having to self request this.

We had a fantastic meal and we were looked after very well. My daughter really enjoyed the staff singing happy birthday to her whilst bringing down her cake. Thank you for a wonderful evening x

They didn’t have a few things on the menu, it was quite restrictive so the set menu or nothing. I didn’t thint it was great value for money when you looked at the portion of main, I had the gammon. Staff were pleasent enough.

Best food ever! Best service ever! Best prices ever! Need I say anymore? Can’t remember ever have such nice food and such a great time! Will definitely be back!

We had al lovely lunch on Sat 3rd Feb. The was maybe slightly slow as there was one girl doing it on her but her manner was so lovely and friendly, it didn't matter. The view as usual was gorgeous! I enjoyed the fact it was a little quieter before the caravan, tourist season starts again!

Place is FABLOUS as always. Service great Food great Value great Always given a family warm welcome which is hard to get now a days
